Perfect place for a vacation in Florida, in the middle off everything.
Always we try to do the best for our guest,we treat with respect and super clean house.House is on very safe community and we do everything possible to protect our house , our guest and Naibors. Always we have 5 star reviews.
Entire home with 3 bedrooms , one office, two full bathrooms around 2459 sq.ft and two car garage.
House is located in the gated community with wonderful pool , tennis and basketball court,two dog parks and kids playground.
Also close to Suncity Center
Like view with a gorgeous sunset and fire pit.
Middleway to Orlando Parks,Bush Garden Tampa and Siesta Beach,Lido Beach, Madeira Beach,AnaMaria Beach and Clearwater Beach.
Close to Tampa Airport and Tampa Downtown.Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and beach cart.Two bikes inside the garage.

House Was Nice, BUT Would Not Recommend Due to Safety/Security Concerns with Host Christian

The house was as disclosed in the VRBO Ad and I have no complaints about the house, it is as advertised. We were there for a soccer tournament with our boys. Our stay was going fine until the last night. We were awaken at 5AM with the door bell ringing and someone trying to get into the house. Everyone was freaking out because it was two young (20 something) Latino men at the door. I decided with another dad to open the door and was confronted with two gentlemen saying they booked the house and we needed to get out. They said they had already booked the house. I told them we had booked the house for 4 days and this was our last day. I said I would contact the host (Christian) and see what was going on. I tried to call him and text him with NO response. After about 30 minutes the two guys must have decided to leave. At this point my guests were terrified and upset. How can this happen with VRBO for security of their guests? How can people show up...it's dangerous. I really shouldn't have opened the door and should have called the police. Chris NEVER called me and texted me back later that day at 12:08PM with the following "sorry about this, we want to apologize about the situation this morning. This person wanted to cancel their booking, we're gonna give them the refund." Needless to say I was pissed. I tried to get a resolution with Chris and he is not willing to do so. Unacceptable, VRBO I need answers!

Super clean & well stocked

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Chris, our host, was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood felt very safe and I wish we would’ve had more time to use some of the amenities such as the clubhouse and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great host and location

This was our second stay. The location was very convenient to activities in Tampa and Sarasota. The home is always clean and well stocked. The host is always available and helpful.

Awesome stay!

We were exploring this area of Florida and what a wonderful Stay we had. The house is just as pictured. Well supplied in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. what is not pictured is the wildlife that is at the back patio. The pool is amazing as well. This is the best rental we have ever had in Florida. Would return in a heartbeat if available when we can travel. The internet is reliable if you need it (I had to stay up to date on a work project ) Thanks Chris for the wonderful time in your home.

Great experience

The location of the home was a great central location between Tampa and Sarasota beaches. We were very comfortable in the home during our stay. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our host stayed in touch with us during the check in process and answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this vacation rental again.

Relaxing Stay

The property was very clean and pretty. The neighborhood is quiet if you are looking for time to relax. We were fortunate to meet the home owners. They were very nice and helpful telling us about the house. Would definitely stay here again if coming to this area.

Summer getaway

My family and I had a terrific stay at the property. The check in was seemless and the house was easy to find. The house was as clean throughout, and had all the amenities we were promised. Our three kids had their own bed and felt like they were at home. There is a Walmart, Publix, and other shopping just off the main highway outside of the residential community where the house is located. The community pool, basketball court, and dog park were a five minute walk from the property and were clean and well kept. We were able to do several day trips including Disney and beach days and enjoyed coming home in the evening to this property. Thanks Chris for your kind hospitality! Adrian

Great location

This house was centrally located to the area we wanted to explore. We visited many different beaches and cities. The house is in a nice subdivision and had everything we needed for cooking or going to the beach. We also used the community pool several times which was very nice, and we played a few golf courses. Chris was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Nicer than the pictures!

Perfect location as we were visiting family less than 10 minutes away. Very lovely home with modern furnishings. It was fun using Alexa for music on the radio.

This is the best rental i've had to date. The house,amenities, even the neighbors are also friendly. I loved it and i highly recommend it. I paid less in this rental compared to other rentals that came with less.

One of the best stocked homes we have been in.

Everything we needed to start our stay and almost enough supplies for the entire month of our stay. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, clean community, gates locked at night to insure safety (gated community). Would recommend anyone to stay.

Very nice home with nice amenities.

We were very pleased with the location as well as the house condition. Several great places to eat 10 minutes from the house. One place in particular is The Hot Tomato....we could have eaten there every day & night and not had the same thing! Just a couple things about the house.....the beds are VERY firm! so you MUST like hard beds for a good nights sleep. Also, Alexa is wired into the whole house and can be somewhat annoying if you chose to use it. The owner gives you the option to use it or have it shut off and do everything manually, Our 3 yo granddaughter had a lot fun asking Alexa A LOT of questions :-) Overall it's a very nice house, in a nice location and we'd definitely go back.

We love the location and the home!

It was very nice! We enjoyed watching the wildlife on the pond. We went to the pool it was fantastic! We were in the area to look at homes in Kings Point. This trip gave us a great awareness of the area. Thank you for providing us a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our time there . Nice house and clean. However house was automated and lights would go off and on automatically, apparently controlled by Alexa and we had no control how they operated. Hot water temp was set so low the shower was barely warm . The location was great close to grocery, restaurants . The outside chairs were starting to deteriorate. And was afraid to sit in them for fear they would tear. Approximately 20 miles to the beach .
