The Space:

Welcome to this cozy 21 m² studio apartment on the ground floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated in the heart of the 6th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Mezzanine: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 single sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The kitchen is compact but well equipped: mini fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 3 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

This studio sits in one of the most sought-after pockets of the 6th arrondissement, tucked between the Luxembourg Gardens and the Montparnasse boulevard. The neighbourhood is quintessentially Left Bank Paris, with a calm residential feel by day and a lively restaurant and bar scene in the evenings.



The Luxembourg Gardens are a five-minute walk, perfect for a morning run or an afternoon with a book under the chestnut trees. Rue de la Gaîté and the Montparnasse area are close by for cinema, brasseries and the famous La Coupole. The cafes and bookshops of Saint-Germain-des-Prés are equally reachable on foot, as are the Panthéon and the narrow streets of the Latin Quarter.



For transport, Notre-Dame-des-Champs (line 12) and Vavin (line 4) are both nearby, connecting quickly to Montparnasse, the Marais, Pigalle and beyond. The neighbourhood is also very walkable, with the Seine and the Île de la Cité reachable in around twenty minutes.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
