• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

New Orleans Weekend

Property was very clean with great amenities. Location next to the trolley system made for convenient access to see the sights. I would stay here again.

Had a great time at John's condo. Very clean and nice interior. Location is great - very close to everything! John was a great host & we'd definitely stay here again

We had a great stay. The location was amazing. The condo was very spacious. It was loud with street noise, but we knew this when we booked. We would stay here again.

Quick vacation to NOLA

Wonderful apartment in an easy location to get everywhere you want to walk to. Hop on streetcar or grab a bike and we were able to get all over the city. Owners were available and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Great Place!

Everything was amazing. Great location (easy walk to lots of locations, with mass-transit nearby). Overall great experience. Had an error that made the dryer keep stopping, but they had maintenance personnel out the next day to work on it.

Perfect accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay from the time of check-in to check-out. The property is centrally located and walking distance to canal street, riverwalk, superdome, etc. While parking is not on-site we found ease in the use of the lots that were provided by the owners. The space is CLEAN! I am picky when it comes to lodging and this place was 5+ stars. I will definitely stay again.

The condo was amazing! Very clean, the bedrooms were a great size and the bathrooms were clean! The building was conveniently located. The trolly is right in front of the building and for a $1.25 will take you all the way to the French Market! Canal was around the corner and Bourbon St was a five minute walk! We had a great time! Only suggestions is bring extra towels!

This Place is the Cats Meow!

It was super hot the week we stayed with heat index up to 115*! We have a 10 month old and that level of heat led to more time in the condo than normal. This place was great! Good location and very comfortable. Clean. Great air conditioning. Maybe a little noisy but if you are staying that close to downtown and a hospital, should be expected. We would def stay here again.

Clean and walkable

We really enjoyed our time in New Orleans. The condo was pretty clean and spacious, the location was great, walking distance to everywhere. There isn’t a whole lot of kitchen utensils for those wanting to eat in and absolutely no cleaning supplies to clean up any messes you may have made. My only complaint is the owners are not accommodating to any requests.

Family Vacation

Our family stayed with 3 adults and one 3-year-old. Check-in was complicated, we did not receive the information initially, and getting in touch with someone who could give us what we needed was difficult. The unit was clean and as described, I wish it had more kitchen items, but we were able to make due with what was there. The windows were VERY thin, you can hear everything that is going on outside. Luckily, we kept our days action-packed and were exhausted at night and able to sleep through most of it. The work-out area was well equipped, and had more machines than in the images, but the game room was missing some major items shown in the photos, which was disappointing. All in all, it was a good place for us to stay on our trip to NOLA.

Nice roomy unit with some caveats

The unit itself is very nice. Big, good layout, very clean, and well maintained. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and well explained. Location is decent, with a brief 10 minute walk or so to get to the French Quarter, with some options for dining etc. even closer. The building itself is clean and felt safe. One big issue however... the windows do not insulate well against sound, like at all. New Orleans is a very noisy city, and between drunk people hollering, cars revving their engines and honking and playing obnoxiously loud music, emergency sirens, and construction trucks early in the morning we found it difficult to sleep. The unit is on the fifth floor but at times you feel like you are sitting on the side of the street. This goes on for a good part of the night into the early morning. So, maybe it works with earplugs or if you just pass out drunk like the rest of the city, but please be aware. Beds were box spring mattresses. For the price, I'd expect better. One last concern was the reservation process. It's handled via a third party company that required photos of my IDs and face. Not a big deal, except it didn't work at all and I spent a fair amount of time trying to get this processed. I eventually gave up and contacted their support (which in fairness was excellent - quick and helpful). Maybe not a huge deal, but when it was time for the second payment their website made me go through this whole process again, and again it didn't work.

Overall good. A better explanation of how to look door when leaving would be nice as well as more availability to store luggage when early check in is not available.

Beautiful place

This was a new property and beautiful. The property management was awesome when we had a minor complaint and they fixed the issue within a very short time. I was impressed! I would recommend you take a ride if coming home late at night by it this property was lovely. The master was large and clean with an enormous bath tub and the game room was a nice touch! Bring some quarters! We would definitely go back.

Everything We Needed

It was perfect. The size was great, location was perfect being 0.5 miles from Bourbon, more than enough towels, check in was smooth and simple, communication was extremely fast and clear, could play music on the tv, all was solid. I’d definitely recommend!
