Welcome to a holiday home with a wonderful rural and seaside location in Husvalla on eastern Öland. Here you will live in a peaceful environment surrounded by the open expanses of the Öland landscape, with proximity to the sea and nature. The house's large terrace will quickly become a favorite place during your stay. There is outdoor furniture where you can enjoy quiet mornings with birdsong, long summer days in the sun and beautiful evenings with a view of the surrounding nature. The natural location creates a relaxing atmosphere where it is easy to unwind and get away from the pace of everyday life. Inside, the house offers a spacious and pleasant living room with comfortable sofa furniture and a dining area, perfect for shared meals, game nights or relaxing after the day's excursions. The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, a small stove with two burners and most of what you may need during your stay. The beautiful wood-burning stove is not allowed to be lit. The bedroom is equipped with two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed that offers two more sleeping places. The house is therefore ideal for a couple, a small family or friends who want to experience Öland together. The eastern side of Öland is known for its rich bird life, and nearby there are bird sanctuaries where you have a good chance of experiencing many beautiful and unique species. The scenic location gives you proximity to both the sea, swimming opportunities and fantastic nature experiences. Here you can discover the island's unique landscape, enjoy long walks along the coast, cycle through the open agricultural landscape or visit charming farm shops and attractions around the island. For swimming and excursions there are several great options: discover the charming pebble beaches in Djupvik and Sandvik, where you will also find nice restaurants with local flavors. If you want long, shallow sandy beaches, Köpingsvik is within easy reach (20 minutes by car), and for more action and excitement, there is Borgholm with its wide range of shops, cafés and entertainment. A genuine and peaceful accommodation where you get the best of Öland – the peace, nature and proximity to both the sea and experiences.
