The Cape Cod at Table Rock Lake

Beautiful completely renovated lake view cottage just a stones throw from the water, and one street back from beautiful Table Rock Lake. Walking distance to the largest Marina in Kimberling City, with boat, jet ski and boat slip rentals on site, Pier 28 over water restaurant (during season) and more! Less than 5 minute drive to the grocery (Harter House), restaurants and all the extras the town has to offer! Less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes to Branson.

A complete custom renovation of this home was recently completed with a beautiful contemporary farmhouse/beach house design. This 1100 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with all the extras to help you enjoy your vacation. New flooring, paint, bathroom and kitchen with solid quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, new queen size pillow top mattresses and fine linens - it's all fresh, beautiful and clean! The pull-out queen sofa bed allows sleeping up to 8. The new deck faces the lake, spans the entire length of the house and is ready for your outdoor lounging and BBQ cooking. Washer/dryer included. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby marina (limited trailer parking available – please contact for details). Lake vacation

Everything was as stated and worked out great for our stay. Excellent location for us being so close to the lake. Enjoyed the morning walks around the neighborhood and lake. Definitely will be back.

Clean & Comfortable

We were very impressed with how clean the home was, and it was just right for us, not to small and not too big. We enjoyed how close to the marina it was and easy access for boating. The Branson strip was not too far either so it worked out great for us, the wife could shop me and my son could fish and we went out in the evenings together to eat at the local restaurants.

Just what we needed!

This place met and exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we were looking for, for our annual family lake vacation. The convenience both to town and the lake was perfect. It was a treat to be able to come back to a clean place with all the modern amenities you’d expect and comforts of home. The deck area was also super nice for enjoying the evenings. The kids loved this place too!

House is lovely …just don’t bring your boat! The property across the street is a resort and there were always cars blocking the driveway so we never could get out early and fish which was the main reason for our stay! Otherwise property owner responsive and would stay again without bringing our boat as the location is out of the craziness of the Branson strip yet next to the lake and close to Silver Dollar city

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay while spending a couple days at Silver Dollar City. The home is beautiful and the three queen beds were super comfy. The living room was a little tight for our family of six but the large dining table was nice. If you plan to cook at the house, but sure to bring all the ingredients you need. The house did not even have salt and pepper or oil spray.
