The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for accommodating additional guests.

The functional kitchen is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hob and a fridge (please note there is no freezer), as well as a lovely round table for your meals.

Heading upstairs, you will find the sleeping area on the upper floor, harmoniously decorated with a double bed. Please be aware that the windows in this space do not allow full blackout, making it the ideal environment for those who enjoy gently waking up with the morning light.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

To complement your experience, the property offers access to a fantastic shared social area. This multifunctional space features a room with large glazed windows, equipped with comfortable sofas, a TV and a desk area.

Outdoors, you also have a sunny courtyard with tables, sun loungers and a swing, perfect for relaxing in the open air.

Just steps from home, you will find the picturesque Passeio das Fontainhas, which offers one of the most breathtaking and unique panoramic views of the Douro River and the city's bridges. It is the perfect setting for peaceful morning walks or for enjoying a relaxing late afternoon, surrounded by typical architecture, local grocery shops, traditional taverns and the unrivalled northern hospitality.

Despite being in a neighbourhood refuge with its own life, far from the crowds, the proximity to Porto's Historic Centre (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is extraordinary. With a short and pleasant walk, you will be in the beating heart of the city. You can easily discover the grandeur of Porto Cathedral, marvel at the beauty of the famous São Bento Railway Station or head down to the vibrant Ribeira to cross the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge. It is the perfect balance between the tranquillity of a typical Porto "ilha" and street life and immediate access to the cultural buzz of "Invicta".

In addition to being an excellent base for exploring Porto on foot, this location benefits from easy access (including proximity to Campanhã Station, the city's main railway terminal), making day trips extremely easy to organise. In a short trip, you can head to the coast to taste wonderful fresh grilled fish near the beaches of Matosinhos. If you prefer to venture by train, let yourself be enchanted by the cradle of Portugal in the medieval streets of Guimarães, admire the monumental richness of Braga, explore the canals of charming Aveiro or embark on an unforgettable journey through the stunning terraced vineyard landscapes of the Douro Valley.

The property is located in a quiet residential area between Bonfim and the historic city centre.

By metro, the Heroísmo station (Lines B, C, E, F) is just a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to Porto city centre (Trindade, Aliados, São Bento) in around 5 to 10 minutes, and to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport in approximately 30 to 35 minutes.

By bus, STCP offers several lines covering the whole city of Porto and surroundings, with stops close to the accommodation.

By car, the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna) and the A4 are easily accessible, allowing quick connections to other areas of the city and to the Greater Porto Area.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 20 to 25 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This property has a self-check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.
