Take a moment of calm on the balcony overlooking lush trees and the beautiful Cumberland River. The spacious condo is filled with vibrant colors and ingenious artwork including a guitar and a wall filled with vinyl records. This scenic location is only a 15 to 20 minute walk, or a 5 minute ride to all of the attractions downtown. It sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. Pool, fire pit, grill, and workout facility onsite, as well as a beautiful greenway that runs along the Cumberland river. Clean fully stocked condo that will meet all your needs!

Moms having fun

The condo was very nice. The balcony had a good view. Owners provided snacks which were awesome since we didnnt have a car. Wish location was closer to broadway, had to take alot of ubers. Owners responded quickly to questions i had. They were very nice to let us drop our stuff off early. Eddie was very nice in letting us get ready while he was cleaning. If you dont mind the walk i would recommend this vrbo to others

Cute condo in quiet area

I went to Nashville with my wife, sister and her husband and this condo was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and not too far from the downtown area. Check in was easy and the property was as advertised. The only downside is that there is not a lot nearby for something quick like coffee or grocery, but it is only a relatively short walk downtown. Overall a great place to stay while visiting Nashville!

What a great property! Nicely decorated, clean and perfect for a weekend stay. Love that the complex has a pool and is in walking distance to Broadway . Will stay here again for the next Nashville trip.

Great stay- close to everything

We loved our stay! All the photos were exactly like the property was when we got there. Super close drive to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again!

It's a nice apartment, by hugely oversold and overpriced. Warning: long review ahead.

Overall, this property was adequate but failed to deliver on the things advertised - the things that allegedly made it worth the high price. PROS: Nice building, though 90% were rented out so expect some drunk vacationers. Appliances worked - AC, coffee maker, stove, etc. The laundry room was a requirement for us. It was easy to use. Basic food - snacks, coffee, basic spices, cooking spray. We cooked at home a lot, so this helped. Basic toiletries/tools. Not enough for all needs, but good if you need a spritz of hair spray or a blow dryer. Parking was covered, safe, and easy. Safety. The locks made us feel safe as 2 single women. The view, I guess? I'm used to pretty rivers, so I was a little disappointed with the industrial vibes of river barges and the nearby overpass, but maybe that's my issue. Decorations and furniture were very charming. It's technically close to Broadway but... more on that later. CONS: Location. It's across from a JAIL & bail bond places. And you're close to Broadway, but you need to pass several homeless tent cities to get there. We had to drive everywhere. Walking feet away from a jail and homeless encampments was not an option. You'll need a DD and $$$ to park anywhere. For a cleaning fee of $85, I expect better than a shower full of black mold. I cleaned the shower myself after chunks of mold came off in my hand. The microwave was caked with food, the kitchen cabinets had crap on them. The dirtiness during a pandemic was uncomfortable, so we cleaned a LOT. I wish I could post the photos I took. This was 100% my biggest issue. "Clean fully stocked condo that will meet all your needs" is a lie. We had to buy toilet paper after 2 days. Plus laundry detergent, paper towels (there were 10 sheets!), and hand soap. 2 of 3 soap dispensers were completely empty. Ew. "Fully stocked" implies necessities like toilet paper and soap. If you're not going to provide supplies, don't advertise it! "Sleeps 7" is a STRETCH. 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed. You can sleep 2 adults and 3 kids. Anything more would be miserable, especially with 1 shower, a collapsed couch, and place settings for 4. The "local taste of Nashville" snacks were Combos, fruit snacks, and popcorn. This is no big deal but like... nobody made you advertise that. Don't hype up local treats and give em Combos lol. All in all, it was fine for our needs, but deff oversold. For 3x my rent, I expected a lot more. I'll stay elsewhere next time... hopefully not next to a jail.

It was ok. Not great, not too bad.

Couch is shot. Wifi is very intermittent. No TV other than Netflix etc and you need your own account. Bunk beds have air blowing right on you. A bit too far for me from Broadway to walk. Solid mile passing multiple homeless. As mentioned, it was ok. Not great, not too bad.

Liked the condo. However, the pool wasn’t open which was disappointing and the living room couch was quite saggy. We attempted to use the sleeper couch, but the bar to pull out the bed was broken. Otherwise, it was a positive experience.

Love this place!!!

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was bigger than the pictures. It was very clean and came with a lot of amenities. View of the river is very pretty and you can see boats go up and down the river all day. Host was easy to communicate with. It was a 15 minute walk to Broadway. Uber was like $7 for a one way. Doordash will deliver food right to the condo. You do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs and there is no elevator so that can get annoying but it wasn’t bad at all. I’ll book here again

Nice location and very clean!!

Very easy walk to downtown and Germantown. Hosts were very accommodating and property was perfect with 2 beds and 1.5 bath.

Great place!

Location was great if you want to be close to downtown, but still away from the craziness and be somewhere quiet. The view of the river was beautiful, and the condo was clean, spacious, and with everything I needed. Communication with the owner was easy. I would definitely stay here again my next time in Nashville!

Wonderful getaway

A great location, short walk to many area attractions. A good sized unit, comforts of home when away from home. Very wonderful owners, responsive, nice, and prompt. Be aware it is on the third floor and we didn't find an elevator, thankfully we could all do the stairs. The cobwebs on the porch were icky, just needed to be swept away. Would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful location, great hosts!

It was the perfect central location to stay in Nashville! The hosts were great and very helpful with any questions we had! I would definitely recommended this spot when traveling to Nashville! Germantown is in walking distance, broadway is only about a mile away, you are right on the river and can see the Titans stadium!

Close to downtown yet quiet and peaceful

The condo was perfect for our stay! We could walk downtown yet escape there for a quiet sleep. S and K were amazing, they were always quick to respond to my emails and were very helpful. The condo was clean and had tons of room for the four of us! Thank you for a great stay!! We will be back!

Nice little bungalow

The property was relatively clean and in a good area. From the outside, area is a little deceiving but I have stayed in the area twice and it's ok and close to Broadway. Did not get to enjoy as we had to leave early. Keny was very responsive when we needed him. Had a hard time getting check in instructions but it all worked out. Would probably look for a small house in a different location if I were going back.

Love Nashville.

The property was very conducive to the needs of our group. The location was perfect for a brisk, quick walk into town or a short Uber/taxi ride. Love it and would definitely stay there again. The only issue we had was great difficulty in reading the numbers on the lock box where the keys were stored. Beds were comfortable, shower was powerful, all amenities were great.
