Strictly No Parties, Events, or Gatherings: The property is located in a quiet, respectful residential area. Quiet hours must be strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No Unregistered Guests: Only the specific guests listed on the official booking reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.

No Commercial Media Production: Commercial filming, professional photography, or content creation is strictly forbidden without explicit, prior written consent and licensing agreements from the host.

Failure to comply with any of these house rules will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation via the platform, immediate removal from the property by security without a refund, and substantial financial penalties for any damages or specialized cleaning required.
