Within easy driving distance: Numerous luxurious geothermal open-air swimming pools (spas) and golf courses.
60 kilometers away you will find Selfoss, the largest town in Southern Iceland. There, you can do all your shopping, go swimming, or visit cafes or restaurants.
You will also find three of the highlights of popular South Coast day tours, Seljalandsfoss (90km)– the waterfall that you can walk behind, majestic Skógafoss waterfall(120km), as well as the black beach at Reynisfjara close to the small village Vík (160km).
