Lots of room and very clean

We enjoyed our stay. This three story home offers room and privacy for a family or three couples. The location is great and is near everything you could want as far as shopping and restaurants.

Relaxing peaceful and perfect

This is located in a town that is all new. Shopping all within minutes from this location. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean safe convenient location for their trip. We were here for a soccer tournament and stayed close to the fields. It has all the cookware needed to conveniently make the meals you want, and the beds were comfortable.

Great stay!

We needed a short term rental while we searched for a house in the area. This property was in an excellent location and is very well appointed. The service we received from Tina, our hospitality host was outstanding, very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend considering this property for your stay in the Gilbert area.

Wonderful!

This property is very nice! It is clean and comfy, and has a lot of amenities! The master bedroom is large with a huge walk-in closet...the bed is very comfortable, and the master bath is large and very nice! The kitchen is also large and has everything you might need for preparing meals...the living room furniture is comfortable, and the Smart TV has a lot of channels available, and there is theater surroundsound available as well! The gated community is close to several grocery stores, shopping, bars & restaurants....and Hwy 202 is close by so you can easily be on your way to further points of interest! A couple of negative comments that did not really bother us (but may bother others) are that there are three floors, and so there are a lot of stairs...and the house is near a busy street and there can be added noise from that. But, we're in our mid-60s and neither of those bothered us...we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fun in the Sun

Lovely town home in Gilbert. Close to shopping and restaurants. Loved Pita Jungle and the Gilbert Farmer's Market just to name a few. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for your attention to the details.

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was great yet again! Tina even surprised us with cupcakes for our daughter’s birthday. I would recommend this spacious, clean, quaint, well-located place to anyone! We will definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful clean and comfortable We were surprised with a welcome basket of bakery goods quite tasty easy access to the property manager for questions it is close to a major city street and the traffic noise Starts early and ends late but we live in the country with no traffic noise so we’re not really used to it

Thank you William for your review and kind words. We unfortunately are located in a desirable part of Gilbert and surrounded by shopping and dining so there is traffic nearby. We had never had any guests that mentioned the road noise before, but if you are used to the country, then I'm sure it was more noticeable. Our windows and doors in this home are Anderson Windows and do have interlocking and dual pane which are highly upgraded, so perhaps they were not fully shut during your stay as they are quite sound proof when fully locked. We look forward to your stay again real soon! Tina

Wonderful home, great location!

We enjoyed this lovely home! Gated community with basketball court, pool, and parks. The home was clean, modern, and well stocked- they added wonderful touches like cookies, coffee, and waters in the fridge. We will definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommed

Great condo located in an excellent community. Close to sites, events, shopping, and eating. Also just enjoyed hanging out at the Lakes of Annecy at the pool, playground, and basketball court. The neighbors are also very friendly. We spent an evening taking in downtown Gilbert. We will definitely be coming back.

2019 Spring Break

Loved everything about our recent stay. Great location and comfortable accommodations. Very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. One of the toilets kept running and a plumber was there within an hour and took care of the issue. Close great shopping and restarants. Will definitely stay there again if we get back to the Phoenix area.

so accommodating!

We were displaced unexpectedly from our home because of extreme water damage and ended up having to rent this home for 5 months while our home was being repaired. Tina was so accommodating and very empathetic to our situation, always going above and beyond for us. I would most definitely recommend their homes to anyone looking for a home in AZ! Very clean home and had all the basic amenities. Plus the home overlooks a beautiful green belt that was perfect for our dogs and there is a community pool which was hit!
