Begin your coastal explorations from Wells-next-the-Sea, known for its sweeping sandy beach, coastal paths and opportunities to spot seals. The historic city of Norwich, famed for its architecture and heritage, is also well worth a visit, just 23 miles away.


Inside, the property unfolds across two storeys. Original wooden beams nod to the cottage’s heritage, while contemporary design touches bring the interiors firmly into the present day. Two inviting living spaces offer plenty of room to relax: a lounge with a Smart TV and wood burner, and a snug with its own wood burner and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests if required. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a dedicated dog crate room, plus a cosy library with comfortable seating, books to browse and a small bar area. Upstairs, four beautifully presented bedrooms await: a generous super-king-size, a double and two twins. A stylish family bathroom with an elegant slipper bath completes the first floor.
