Bude (15 miles), on the North Cornish coast, is well worth a visit and is famed for its dog-friendly beaches and beauty, as well as a great selection of shops and restaurants. It is also a gateway to the South West Coast Path. Outdoor and nature enthusiasts will be especially spoiled for choice with the famous Ruby Way (9 miles), Tarka Trail (11 miles), and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks within easy reach (20 and 30 miles respectively), offering great hiking, cycling, and fishing in unspoiled countryside.

This idyllic split-level stone barn is set within the grounds of the owner’s farm. Stepping inside, you will immediately find yourself in the galley-style kitchen, which is well-equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. Take a step down to the well-presented open-plan living/dining space. This area boasts a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and French doors to the outside, with lovely views of the garden. Here, you can relax in style after a busy day exploring. A beautiful bedroom is just off this living area and has a king-size bed; there is an en-suite shower room with a WC.

Heading outside, further highlights await in the shape of a large, enclosed patio area. This provides a wonderful place to dine alfresco during warm weather.
