1970s summer house with 400 meters to beach

You’ll arrive at an authentic Danish cottage from the 1970s, where the garden sets the entire mood. The large property features landscaped flower beds, cozy benches, and terraces in several spots, so you can always find the perfect place to enjoy the sun. In front of the guesthouse, you’ll find a fire pit that invites you to spend long summer evenings under the open sky.



The cottage is simply furnished with light-colored elements and selected classics, such as a rag chair by Bernt Petersen. The light-colored floor in the sunroom creates a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The guesthouse was previously a tool shed but has now been completely renovated into a well-insulated space with a work desk.



The garden is the focal point here. It is carefully tended with both established plants and new additions, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Multiple terraces and seating areas allow you to enjoy the garden from different angles throughout the day.



The beach is only 400 meters away and is primarily used by local residents. TIR Bakery is a short bike ride away, and Havnebyen offers great dining options and the authentic wooden shipyard. Buy fresh fish at Odden Fisk and organic vegetables at Birkemosegaard. Ørnberg Vineyard is a few kilometers inland.



An outdoor shower is available from May 1 to September 30.
