Our villa is in a quiet location at the edge of an Urbanisation overlooking a national park and only 45 minutes from central Valencia & the airport. With a stunning 8m x 5m private pool on a gated plot our 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa has just undergone an extensive refurbishment which includes new windows & doors which open out onto several terraces, perfect for relaxing, eating alfresco or having a dip inthe pool. The pool faces east with steps access and a seating ledge which is perfect to sit and enjoy the views. We get the best sunrises which can be enjoyed from the various terraces and the the large living area accessed by the large patio doors. At night time the view changes with the villages lit up in the distance plus you can see the fiesta fireworks if you are here at the right weekend. Outside cooking is catered for in our BBQ area and the kitchen gives ample space for food prep and cooking. With super fast fibre wifi and streaming services there is plenty of space to check in with friends & family or catch up with some work - but lets face it you won't want to be working when you can relax & recharge instead. We are located on the edge of an Urbanisation with easy access by car to the local village supermarkets, restaurants & fiesta events where everyone is always welcome. We are also only 15 minutes from the main A7 motorway which runs along Spain's east coast and only 45 minutes from the vibrant city of Valencia which can be accessed easily via car, metro or train from local towns. The area is famous for Valencia oranges and orange groves can be found in the locality, as well as locally grown fruit & vegetables and rice for the famous Paella. Walking, hiking and cycling are all just a few steps from the front gate and golf courses, the beaches, the city and Albefura Lake & Natural park are a short drive. We are located in a quiet part of Spain but also close enough to be able to dip in and our of the city vibe, so what are you waiting for? Come and explore!

La villa est magnifique, et très accueillant, l’endroit est apaisant et calme il n’y a rien à dire, je recommande à tous ceux qu’ils veulent se retrouver dans un endroit paisible c’est l’endroit idéal. Le seul inconvénient c’est qu’on est à 40 minutes de Valence mais sinon il y a des commerces de proximité qui met à disposition tout ce que l’on a essentiellement besoin. Les hôte sont à l’écoute et réactif. Merci pour ce séjour..

thank you for your review, we are pleased you had a good stay and enjoyed the villa. Unfortunately we cannot change our location and our listing does confirm where we are in relation to Valencia and the Airport and that a car is necessary. We do hope you will stay with us another time.

This was a last minute booking for our group. The pool was fantastic- cleaned weekly which was great! And when we did have concerns about the pool level it was dealt with on the same day! We were the first group to stay at the villa, so we recommended additional air conditioning to the owners, having two fans going to help circulate was needed - especially as our visit was over a significant heat wave. Overall the villa was well equipped to be able to have a self catered stay, however there is limited plastic wear for outside use with a young family. There was even a great barbecue to keep some of the cooking heat out of the villa. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. The location around the villa is very remote and quiet so ensure you have a vehicle if you want to do any sight seeing or beach days. As this property is used, more of the information provided will match the new property better. There is discussion of some potential additional cost in the booklet at the house which caused some concern as we weren’t clear on the guidelines. The local town is near-by however is not a tourist stop- have your Spanish phrases ready for use. We would recommend that the pool towels get washed with the final washing of the sheets etc. rather than needing to wash and return them the day before. Overall this property met our needs, gave us a nice and quiet location to rest, relax and spend some quality time together and in the sun.

Thank you for your review, given this is the 1st rental for this villa since refurbishment we note the improvements you have suggested & will do what we can to put them in place, bit dissapointed that you only awarded us a 6/10 when the review itself felt positive. The additional charges mentioned in the Guest Info is for excessive use of Aircon (which was not applied due to the heatwave during your stay) and also for charging an electric vehicle which you did not do. All other charges are included in the price however we reseve the right to charge for these additional costs which is clearly stated on our listing & literature.. We are not located in the "Costa del whatever" therefore English is not widely spoken however the locals are willing to help and are patient with translation services when trying to communicate, our listing clearly states our location and the semi rural position of the villa. With all this in mind we appreciate you providing us with an honest review and I hope that you will come and stay with us again in the future.

This area of Spain has been part of our lives for 25 years, we love it because it is quiet & semi rural but also that in 40 minutes you can be in Valencia city for a completely different vibe. We are away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa's further south and close to nature and tranquility.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our villa is located at the end of a road overlooking a national park where the views are uninterrupted over the hills and down towards the villages. Our pool was designed by us with a seating area to take advantage of the views and has easy access. the villa has been completely refurbished in 2026 and is comfortable and modern.
