All new deluxe, high-end unit with fabulous pool view. This contemporary space is nestled in one of the best neighborhoods in the heart of downtown Ft Lauderdale. Decorated in a contemporary style, the unit is fully furnished with a well-appointed kitchen. You will enjoy your own separate, private 1 bedroom unit. Assigned off street parking. Whether in town for business or pleasure, you will delight in your stay at one of the finest options in Ft. Lauderdale.

This fully equipped and furnished one bedroom apartment, with comfy queen size bed in the bedroom, pullout couch bed in living room and full bath is ideally located within a mile of the best nightlife, fine dining, & shopping in the city. 3-unit building-- only three units share the pool.
Amazing location: East of US1 with Starbucks 1 block away, only 1.5mi to the ocean, beach, beach bars and restaurants, less than 1mi to Las Olas Blvd or SW 2nd and Moffat-- the heart of city nightlife areas, 2mi to the airport. The convention center is less than a mile away (.9mi).

This is a small space for 4 adults and the couch bed is not ideal for 2 adults. (See picture of the couch bed in the listing)

Operating hours for Pool are as follows: 10am to 10pm every day. All individuals using Pool must have a minimum level of swimming proficiency.
I, the Tenant/guest, agree to hold the owner harmless from any liability resulting from injury or negligence that may occur from using the Pool.
Photo ID is required to be provided to the host through email. THE POOL IS OVER (8') EIGHT FEET DEEP ON THE DEEP END. (see attached pool agreement)

Great location, easy to get to the beach and other attractions in the city. Super close to the airport. My daughter and I stayed here and it was just what we needed for the two of us, 4 adults might have been a bit challenging for the 8 days we were there but for less of a stay might might be too bad for more than two guests. Check-in process was easy and Travis was great to communicate with. The showerhead is very powerful and has a wide spray so it’s best to get in the shower shut the door, turn the showerhead towards the wall, so it doesn’t hit you and turn the shower on while you’re in there! Otherwise, water goes everywhere all over the floor when you try to turn the water on.There are two other units on the property. Everybody shares the pool, which was fine We met some very nice people while we were there.The pool can be hard to keep clean because of the trees surrounding the property because of the leaves falling when we were there in March, but the pool guy comes several times a week and you can easily scoop the leaves out of the pool. We would definitely stay here again

Great location, Fresh and clean

Travis was a great host, going out of his way to make us accommodated. The location was close enough to ride a bike to Lauderdale YC. Too bad it was too cold to use the pool.

• Las Olas Riverfront! Eat, drink and be merry. Pull up in your boat and dock for free.
• River walk and The Museum of Discovery and Science, which is home to over 200 exhibits.
• The intersection of Las Olas Blvd and SE 8th Ave heading towards the ocean has abundant nightlife, shopping and dining al fresco. Adorable shops, delicious food and prime people watching.
• The block around the intersection of SW 2nd St and Moffat Ave is the spot for nightlife for the younger crowd.
