Located on a 6-hectare natural estate on the banks of the Somme River, this charming little Picardy cottage (18th century), completely renovated, is ideal for romantic getaways. Situated in the countryside, it's just a 20-minute drive from the Bay of Somme. Legend has it that this holiday home was once a small shepherd's cottage.

This former dwelling has been renovated and transformed into a romantic retreat with a comfortable and inviting interior. This cozy little house sits amidst the pastures. From the bedroom, there are panoramic views of the 6-hectare green landscape.

On the property, you can enjoy a private pond (fishing is permitted), a charming little gazebo, an aviary, and numerous wild animals (horses, geese, ducks, etc.). You'll always be in contact with nature! A bakery service is available through the owner, who also leaves some basic supplies in the kitchen. The area is full of beautiful walks and bike rides.

The sea is 15 km away. Places to visit include: the Collegiate Church of Abbeville (3 km), the Abbey of St-Riquier (9 km), the Bay of Somme (18 km), Amiens (35 km), and more. You will also have the option of using the bicycles provided or a hybrid bike included in your stay.
This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 12 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children
