Great to hear that you had a wonderful stay! We take pride in providing a clean and organized home for our guests, and we're glad that the check-in process was easy for you. We're also happy to hear that the backyard and deck were a perfect spot for your 2-year-old to play and relax. It's wonderful to know that the board games and books were a hit as well. Thank you for recommending us, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon!

Hello Robin, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and give us feedback on the home as well as your stay. Location is such an important factor in booking a property, glad you booked one in a perfect spot. After having a full day of activities its nice to able to relax in a home that is cozy and quiet. We apologize that the spa was not working the stay. This is an amenity that we can not always guarantee working with the amount of traffic it receives from renters before yourself. We appreciate you reporting this to us during your stay so that we could get a vendor out to address the issue, As we are the management company for the house this is something that we can and will address once notified to us as you did. This is something that we prioritize, we have a full maintenance staff who will go to the property and fix the issue, Thank you for letting us know this would help us to provide better services to future guests. with Regards, Destination Big Bear

Hello Jose, We are very sorry to hear about this bad experience with one of the old representatives. I did see in your reservation that you were able to also speak with another colleague who was able to offer a late check-out of 1 pm. We really fo hope this doesn't affect your decision in the future. As stated above the representative who answered your message no longer is a member of the Destination Big Bear team. We are at 10 am check-out at the moment, but all systems are fully updated. Thank you, Destination Big Bear
