The Kervs is directly located on the beachfront within the Sandy Point
Beach Estate along the scenic Cape West Coast in St Helena Bay. Its
location makes this modern four-bedroom villa suitable for families and
groups looking for a comfortable yet exciting coastal escape. Guests
can easily enjoy this welcoming accommodation that balances a spacious
interior with everything needed for an unforgettable vacation stay.

Step inside to enjoy a bright open-plan living space that features a
fully furnished kitchen equipped with microwave, gas stove, coffee
machine, and air fryer, as well as a generous centre island that opens
into the dining and lounge areas to create an inviting atmosphere for
families or friends.

The dining area is fitted with a wooden table with seats ideal for
relaxing while sipping your morning coffee. You will come across a
living room with comfortable couches, soft cushions, flatscreen TV, and
a fireplace that adds warmth to the space, especially after a busy day
of sightseeing the West Coast. The home has large glass doors that open
onto the outdoor entertainment area with the breathtaking coastal
scenery, perfect for taking in the fresh coastal air.

The Kervs also includes the upstairs lounge net decorated with cosy
pillows, providing a unique place to relax above the main living area.
When going outside, you and loved ones can gather around the built-in
braai for leisurely meals or soak in the wood-fired hot tub.

The property has four bedrooms, including three king-sized beds and two
single beds. The main bedroom is furnished with an en-suite bathroom
with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin, while the other three
bathrooms each consist of a shower, toilet and washbasin. Linen and
towels are provided during your stay.

Guests can enjoy reliable high-speed internet access, and available
parking in the driveway for added convenience. The Sandy Point Beach
Estate features interesting amenities that holidaymakers would
appreciate during their stay at The Kervs, including an easy access to
the beach, 24/7 security, and nature views of the spectacular Atlantic
Ocean and local marine life.

Guests can also enjoy a range of water sports, including swimming,
kayaking, and paddling in the calm waters of the bay. The Kervs offers
2 single kayaks, a three-person kayak suitable for 2 adults and 1 small
child, 2 stand-up paddleboards, snorkelling equipment, and wetsuits,
with sizes subject to availability. Whether travelling with friends or
family, The Kervs offers the perfect coastal escape, with uninterrupted
sea views and everything you need for a memorable holiday getaway.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 11 Nautilus Close, Sandy Point, St Helena Bay, 7382.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
