This beautiful custom built is 2200 square feet of relaxation waiting for you! The rental listing price is for 6, however you are welcome to add 4 more for the price of 25$/per night per guest!

LIVING SPACE
The living room has vaulted hand hewn logs inside and out. It boasts a 55” television and two comfy couches for you and your guests to visit, watch movies, or play games.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home has four three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a closet and dresser or shelves for your items. The Master bedroom offers a Queen bed and a twin bed and a walk in closet. The upstairs spa-like bathroom with “his and her” sinks and a double headed shower. The other upstairs bedroom has one queen bed. There is one bedroom on the first floor and it has a queen bed. There are plenty of towels and amenities provided.

LAUNDRY: We also have a energy saving washer and dryer set for you to use at your convenience located just off the bathroom downstairs.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is well stocked for the cooking aficionado. We welcome you to cook to your hearts content. It is an open-air kitchen design, so the chef does not have to be hidden away while working his/her magic! It is a round table seating 4 people but we provided some extra folding chairs to seat at least 6 comfortably. Weather permitting outdoor dining is preferred!!

OUTDOORS
Our backyard has 8 ft cedar privacy fences on all sides and it like your own personal park!! There is a covered wrap around patio with comfortable seating. The grass is well cared for and nettle free so the kids (and grown-ups!) can feel the earth under their toes worry free. There is a chefs BBQ available to use as well with an outdoor fridge and built in stereo. We do ask that we respect our fellow neighbors and quiet down at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.

TINY HOMES
It is a large property and there are two tiny homes and a large shop in back. There is a separate driveway off the side that may be used during your stay. They do not interfere with your area at all. It’s a great place for multiple families to stay as they can rent the tiny homes as well.

VISITORS
We do not allow any extra guest beyond what is on the listing. If you would like a few people over, please feel to reach out and ask. If it's more than a total of 10 people, there is a fee of $10 per guest but it must be approved ahead of time.

PARKING AND GARAGE
There is plenty of parking including 2 covered spots for your use. The street also provides plenty of parking.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Come for Ski and snowboard adventures in Ashland mountains or ice skating outdoors at Lithia park. Surrounded by gorgeous mountain hikes or a walk through downtown Jacksonville. Wine tasting all around.

I did want to make sure you saw this note on the description. I know sometimes there a lot to read.

PETS: Due to a personal disability, I am unable to allow pets at all in this property. Bringing a pet will result in termination of our contract. It can be life threatening for me.


MARIJUANA (and ANYONE booking SAME DAY)
If this doesn't pertain to you, you can ignore. We know Southern Oregon is "the place" to come buy Marijuana. Please do not book if anyone in your party plans to bring ANY KIND of marijuana in our home. We don’t care if it’s legal. We don't care if you're "not smoking" it. If you come past our outdoor camera with anything that does not have the, "I'm on vacation with my family or here for work" feel to it, you will be immediately visited by us. There is NO TRIMMING allowed in our home.

If this makes no sense to your, we are sorry we even have to write it. Marijuana buyers are rampant and destroying out homes.

We have security cameras on the outside of the property. We use this for person free check-in when you get there as well as basic security. We have 1 located in the carport area (this is primarily used for check in). We have one that points to the entire back of the property which includes our shop and our two tiny houses. Coverings the cameras will result in a $50 fee for a staff person to come remedy the situation. Failure to leave the cameras alone will result in your reservation being terminated.
