One bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, and the other offers two twin XL beds. We also have two extra twin mattresses stored in a closet if needed. A full-sized washer and dryer are also thoughtfully located on this floor for your convenience.

Samoset at Winnipesaukee is designed to provide a true resort experience, featuring activities for the entire family. In the warmer months, guests can enjoy the expansive green spaces, a pristine sandy beach, and two swimming pools equipped with comfortable chaise lounges and picnic tables. The community also has tennis/pickleball courts, two pools (with poolside bathrooms at the main pool) and a ping pong table available for use. Kids of all ages will love the water trampoline which is a short swim from the associations' beach.

Music lovers will be thrilled to know that the Bank of NH Pavilion is just a short 10-minute drive away. Dining options are plentiful, with the charming Ellacoya Barn & Grille Restaurant and Country Store within walking distance, and numerous highly acclaimed restaurants in nearby Laconia and Alton Bay.

In winter, the region transforms into a snowy paradise, with Gunstock Mountain only a few miles away, offering cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. Additionally, Weirs Beach and the Tilton Shopping Outlets are just a short drive away.

Please note: We purchased this wonderful unit in 2025, after enjoying another three-bedroom unit further back on the property for over 27 years. As our beloved family home, this townhouse holds a special place in our hearts, so rest assured, it will be just as clean and welcoming as our previous unit, as reflected in all of our wonderful reviews. Also, in keeping with association rules, snowmobiles, motorcycles, motorized bikes or scooters, ATVs, campers, or trailers are not permitted on the property. The docks and moorings are reserved for owners, but there's a dock available solely for dropping off or picking up passengers if you choose to rent a boat during your stay.
