Desert Falls Country Club is a well maintained community and is truly one of the desert`s hidden gems. The Coachella Valley is home to world renowned tennis tournaments, golf tournaments, and popular music festivals in April. There are plenty of fine dining restaurants, shopping, and much more with close proximity. If you enjoy the outdoors, there are numerous hikes and biking trails for outdoor aficionados. I highly recommend taking a day trip to experience the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, which is the world`s largest rotating aerial tram car. Trust me, its an experience you will never forget it!

The City of Palm Desert strictly enforces occupancy limits. Violations may result in fines of up to $5,000, which will be the responsibility of the guest.

Our home is intended for relaxing and enjoying everything the Coachella Valley has to offer.

Parties, events, excessive noise, or large gatherings are not permitted at any time.

Please be courteous to our neighbors by observing community quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please place all household trash and recycling in the bins located inside the garage.

Monday Trash Pickup

* Checking out on Sunday or Monday?
Please place the trash and recycling bins at the curb on Sunday evening. No need to return them—we’ll take care of that for you.
* Staying beyond Monday?
Please return the bins to the garage after they’ve been emptied on Monday morning.

Desert Falls HOA requires trash bins to be removed from the curb within 24 hours after pickup. Thank you for helping us keep our community beautiful.
