Bosco Gurin has been a member of the \"Most Beautiful Villages in Switzerland\" association since 2020.

The village has a population of 46. Its architectural and landscape beauty is noteworthy. Il Nido di Gurin 2, located within a prominent structure in the village, offers our guests six beds. Upon entry, the impression is striking: a large, bright living room with exposed beams and a large, comfortable sofa give guests the feeling of arriving right at home.

A Smart TV and Wi-Fi are available, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen is ready to welcome our guests who wish to indulge in cooking.

A large dining table for six, complete with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and American-style refrigerator with ice maker and other accessories, completes the living area.

The bathroom with a shower is located at the entrance to the apartment. From the living room, a solid wood staircase leads to the mezzanine floor, a beautiful and comfortable double bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out double bed that can be converted into two beds. A solid wood skylight in the ceiling lets in as much light as you like.

At the top of the stairs is a small hallway and the door to the bedroom with a pull-out double bed.

Small pets are allowed on the property.

Popular attractions include Lake Maggiore, about a 30-minute drive away, and the scenic hiking trails nearby. Located in the Val di Bosco, a picturesque side valley of the Val Rovana, the area enjoys abundant sunshine and moderate annual rainfall. This charming village, dating back to the 13th century, is renowned for its well-preserved traditions and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for history buffs and nature lovers alike.

For those seeking outdoor adventures, Bosco Gurin offers year-round activities. In summer, visitors can embark on scenic mountain hikes, while in winter, the ski slopes—just 200 meters from the property—offer thrilling experiences for ski enthusiasts.

Bosco Gurin also offers convenient access to essential services. A small cooperative (250m from the property) in the village caters to last-minute shopping needs, and there is a restaurant 150m away. While the nearby town of Cevio (about a 20-minute drive) offers additional services. The road connecting Bosco Gurin to Cevio is well-maintained, although careful and responsible driving is recommended due to the mountainous terrain.

The closest international airport is Milan Malpensa, which is approximately a 2-hour 30-minute drive from the accommodation. Lugano, offering fewer international flights, is approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive from the accommodation. The nearest public transport is within walking distance, making getting around convenient for guests.
