Welcome to Treasured Times, a perfect getaway located in the charming Old Florida Cottages community in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This beautiful beachside home offers a relaxing and spacious retreat just steps away from the stunning shores of the Gulf of Mexico and comes complete with four adult bicycles for exploring the scenic 30A area.

Treasured Times sleeps eight with three comfortable bedrooms on the first floor. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, an en suite bathroom and direct access to a private patio, ideal for relaxation. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with a twin/queen bunk bed.

On the second floor you'll find a spacious and airy living room, perfect for family gatherings, along with a fully equipped kitchen ready for you to whip up delicious meals. The third floor offers a cozy loft, a great hangout spot for kids with a futon, television and a deck that provides breathtaking Gulf views.

The neighborhood features community grills and a pool set in a park-like setting with an expansive sun deck and lounge chairs, ideal for relaxation and socializing. Beach access is just a short walk from the house, making beach days effortless and enjoyable.

Great Stay

We had a great time this fall break. The house was great for my family and the location to the beach was just a short walk. Great spot right off 30A!

We enjoyed the pool.Some of the cooking utensils were old. You need to have dish towels in the kitchen. Two stools in the kitchen need to be fixed or replaced.

Good stay

Overall a good stay. When we arrived, the kitchen floor still had some food crumbs. And, the cooking pans were in bad shape….coatings scratched or not cleaned.

We had two families staying there and there was enough room for everyone!

Great Location

This was the ideal place for us! It is close to the beach and in a nice secure neighbor. Ice cream place, restaurants and shopping all within waking distance. Clean and safe area.

Perfect Getaway

The house has been updated since the pictures! It wasn’t beautiful!! Despite what the previous reviews have said, this house was spotless when we arrived! More than enough room and perfect walking distance to the beach!!

Couldn’t be Happier!

Booked less than a month out, booking was easy, there is an app to provide all info for your stay! Very spacious and easy walk to the beach. Everything listed is provided and was in working order! Views of the ocean from third floor balcony was amazing from sunrise to sunset! Not beach front but literally 3 houses away! For the price and close proximity to the beach you can’t go wrong! So much space for any family with kids!

Beautiful house

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. It has been updated and it’s better than the pictures. We had some trouble with the keypad not functioning at check in- they gave us a different code and it was better, but it didn’t work all the time. The keys in the keypad don’t work properly- so we had to enter numbers over and over. The AC was either too cold or when we called to ask for an adjustment it was too warm . Often it was 65-70 but for some reason even 70 felt really cold. So, we asked for an adjustment which apparently ended up being 78 which was not comfortable. Overall it’s a beautiful house and we would go there again! Thank you!

Nice location, property not clean

My family and I rented this property for a last minute beach getaway. When we arrived, I was immediately disappointed by the cleanliness of the home. As we walked into the living area, there were goldfish on the floor right under the edge of the couch, someone’s hair clip, an empty water bottle, and a paper menu from a local restaurant shoved behind the side table. Salt was on the kitchen counter, indicating that it had not been wiped down. The last guest’s t-shirt was on the balcony. The fans and baseboards were covered in dust and the walls were dirty. I immediately had to clean upon arrival. Particularly in light of COVID, the lack of cleanliness was concerning. After our stay, I filled out a survey with the rental company reporting these issues, but never received any communication back. I paid a cleaning fee, and I presume the person before me did as well, but the cleaning service used is certainly not up to par. The location is nice. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from the beach, which made it more convenient.

We contract out our housekeeping needs to local professionals in the area. My family decided last minute to head to the beach for spring break. There were not a lot of options since it was short notice. This property popped up on my vrbo search. I was a little worried about what the reviews were saying about the cleanliness of the house as I am a little bit OCD and concerned about COVID. Decided we wanted to go bad enough to risk it. After all I could clean it before we unpacked if need be. I was so pleasantly surprised. Any housekeeping issues had obviously been resolved as the house was spotless, passing my inspection with flying colors! The house was decorated beautifully. Pictures did not do it justice as it has been updated since the posted pictures were taken. The house was very spacious with room for us to spread out. We had everything we needed for our week. Would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood was very nice and well kept. Golf carts and bicycles were available for rent just a few steps away but we managed to make the short walk to the beach daily without any trouble even though we are not in great physical shape. We always have to eat at Goat Feathers while in Santa Rosa so we were pleasantly surprised to find that this great restaurant was right next door as well. Good house, appropriately priced

We went back and forth about a house vs staying on the beach in a condo. So glad we chose house! There were only 3 of us so we didn’t need all the space. The house was nicer than photos and in good condition for a rental ( of course some minor wear and tear). Gray paint is odd for a beach house. Enjoyed all the decks (5!) and each had Adirondack chairs but would have been nice to have a 4 person table (one high top off kitchen with 2 seats). Front decks in sun in morning and back in sun in afternoon. No house on one side and had magnolia trees (which were blooming in late April!) which made it feel private and could leave blinds open. Wish there were some blackout shades in bedrooms (just wood blinds) and door mats inside. Decent furniture for price. Echoey, but what beach house isn’t? One coffee pot stopped working but there was a backup. Kitchen mostly equipped but could have used more storage containers and salt/pepper. Pool is close and seen from front of house and was nice after our toddlers afternoon nap and rarely had people there (late April offseason). Beach is a close walk (and seen from top balcony) and we used a wagon to haul kid and junk but rented chairs/Umbrella setup from Vacazyen at gulf heights access (southern rental vacation company said this was not an option but several companies setup there). Also rented bikes which made gulf place trips super quick (coffee, candy/ice cream, dinner). King master would have been nice.

overall a good stay.

Only problem there was, it wasn't as clean as I expected it to be at check in. No major issues, just a few small things that could have been cleaned up better.

Great house

House was great. very spacious with 3 full baths. Great view from the 3rd level deck. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5...….fairly long hike to the beach (although we knew that going in and was not misrepresented in ads at all) and the beds were not the most comfortable beds, although very serviceable!!!! Overall a great property.
