Welcome to your spacious ground-floor retreat in the heart of Swansea's Maritime Quarter, just 30 seconds from the Marina and 2 minutes from Swansea Bay Beach. This entire 2-bedroom floor is designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience, whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a family holiday, or a longer work trip.

The space

Bedroom 1 is a bright, cosy double room with hotel-quality linen and calm, neutral decor, the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the Marina or beach. It includes a single wardrobe for your belongings, a charger and cable, and the bed lifts easily on a strap to reveal huge under-bed storage, ideal for stowing luggage out of sight. The window is kept shut, as is common for homes in Swansea Marina due to security reasons, but there's a constant ventilation vent above it, plus a fan provided for extra airflow.

Bedroom 2 is a spacious double room with real character, high ceilings, a statement chandelier, and a cosy sofa bed that sleeps 2 extra guests, ideal for families or small groups. It comes with a double wardrobe, built-in bedside charging, LED mood lighting, and a brand-new 4K Smart TV, perfect for relaxed evenings in, plus 4 under-bed storage drawers for plenty of space to keep belongings tidy. The window behind the bed is actually a door that opens for ventilation; it's kept locked for security, but just let us know and we'll happily provide the key during your stay.

There's also a separate laundry and mini-kitchen room, fitted with a microwave oven, kettle, tea and coffee maker, plates, cutlery, and laundry facilities, along with its own double wardrobe for extra storage. Please note this is a convenience space rather than a full kitchen, so no fridge or cooking vessels are provided. If you need fridge access during your stay, just message us ahead of time and we'll happily help arrange it, we're also considering adding a fridge permanently, so do get in touch before booking and we'll confirm availability.

You'll also have access to a clean, modern bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, with towels, hair dryer, soap, and shampoo all provided so you can travel light.

Guest access

Check-in is fully self-service via keypad entry, so you can arrive and settle in on your own schedule with no need to coordinate a meet-up. Free on-street parking is available directly outside the property.

Set in Swansea's Maritime Quarter, you're just steps from the Marina for morning walks, coffee, and sunset views, and minutes from the beach and Swansea's city centre with its shops, restaurants, and transport links.
