This luxurious penthouse villa is located in the heart of the Four Seasons resort, so prepare to be pampered! The EXACT same as staying in a room or suite, with all The Four Seasons' privileges and amenities.
Taking up the entire third floor of the building, you'll have gorgeous ocean views from the living room, dining room, all 4 bedrooms, and the kitchen.
The terrace and it's infinity plunge pool are awesome places to watch the stunning Punta Mita sunsets.
Built in 2009, there is over 3,200 square feet of immaculate interior living space with Four Seasons appointed furnishings. 1,100-square-feet of private, raised terrace brings the total living space to approximately 4,300 square feet. (*3,200 sq. ft. in three bedroom, 2,900 sq. ft. in two bedroom.) The main lanai terrace has an infinity-edged plunge pool, dining table, lounge space for four, and a stainless steel gas grill. There is a separate (private) terrace off one of the master bedrooms, with two lounge chairs and a seating area.

Other amenities include granite counter tops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, outdoor showers off both master bathrooms, a huge stone tub
in one of the outdoor master bath areas, and Four Seasons beds! Daily housekeeping provides cleaning of the villa, including making beds and replacing towels & sundries.

The villa is situated near two pools (Lazy River and Tamai) and the spa. Room service is available 24 hrs., or have a Four Seasons chef custom-cater a meal for your friends and family. Grocery Stocking Services can fill your villa’s refrigerator and pantry at any time before or during your stay. 24-hr.
