We offer 1 furnished holiday home of 60m² for 5 people.
15 km from Montpellier and 15 km from the sea.

DRC: living room, kitchen and toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker (family and senseo), toaster, barbecue ... and all necessary dishes.
CD chain in the lounge and WIFI.
Gas central heating.
Washing machine and dryer available.
Iron and ironing board.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms.
Ch. 1: 1 bed 140 cm and 1 bed 90 cm + 1 bathroom
Ch. 2: 1 bed 140 cm + 1 bathroom

The house facing South / East is very sunny and has a 20 sqm terrace overlooking a garden.

We offer you our garage for your bikes, surfboards, scooter ...
If necessary, we lend pushchair, cot and high chair.

If you wish, we provide sheets at a rate of 8 euros per bed, towels for 5 euros per person and do the end-of-stay cleaning for 50 euros.
The rental is also possible to the night (with a minimum of 2 nights (except in summer or we rent from Saturday to Saturday)).

The house is at the bottom of our garden and we share the same entrance. Know that we will be likely to cross each day but we are not invasive! Our garden will be all yours if you prefer to be alone ...
