SOOOOO close to the Beach!

This little bungalow was perfect for our needs - quiet, tidy, and within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The best part was walking ONE BLOCK to the beach! We were able to take morning beach walks, and come back in the afternoon for sun and swim. The house had beach items we could easily tote with us. Great location and lovely house!

We love this little house and have say here many times over the past 5 years and can say that it is most comfortable when there are 2 adults but can accommodate 2-3 occasional visitorsā€¦one bathroom & small spaces can be an issue for some but otherwise great.

Perfect location

It was within walking distance to the beach and some local restaurants. The shops and grocery store was within minutes from our location when driving. The owner communicated well with me and told me about some great things happening while staying there.

Could live here!

Cozy little cottage, with a couple min walk down to a beautiful beach. Everything you could need in the kitchen and one of the most well stocked homes weā€™ve stayed in. Parks, farmers market, shops and restaurants all close by. Would love to stay again!...and or live there permanently!

Perfect ocean getaway

Perfect location for a beautiful ocean getaway!! The description and pictures don't do this property justice. We were so sad to leave that we're already planning our next stay here! We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. The beach is literally a 2 minute stroll away from the front door. We absolutely loved our stay and can't recommend this property enough.

Serenity title fits the bill

What a GREAT place! ā€¢My husband and I met so many nice people walking by as we sat out for coffee in the morning. ā€¢Walked barefoot to the beach. ā€¢Just a mile + to all the wonderful restaurants and shopping on Ocean Drive. ā€¢Close enough to all the golf courses we frequented. ā€¢Perfect place to stay. (Shouldnā€™t be writing such a rave review so you guys donā€™t jump on it because we wish we could book it every year but itā€™s even already taken for next year šŸ˜‚) ***Ps. The BEST outdoor shower EVER.

Wonderful Beach House

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is 340 steps away from the beautiful beach. We wanted to avoid the park because of COVID. To access the beach, we walked down Ocean and crossed the street and used the trail directly across the street form the pizza place. It is super easy to go back and forth all day. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Our beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our dogs enjoyed walking in the warm weather multiple times a day. Thank you for having us. We hope to stay again.

Location to beach was wonderful. Got to property and it wasnā€™t cleaned, couldnā€™t reach, agent or anyone in the office for awhile. Cleaners finally came and did a good job cleaning. There is mold everywhere on the exterior of the building. Property is not well stocked as they claim. Agent did bring over 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper and refunded us $87.50 which is half of the cleaning fee Lock box was broken so I texted agent we would leave key on counter and she responded rudely that she was unaware, when I told her I had informed her office upon our arrival she never even responded. I have stayed in many Vrbo properties and never have any been so poorly stocked, unclean upon arrival or a property agent been so difficult to reach and rude.

Near the beach

This was a comfortable small two bedroom house. It as just myself and partner so we used the second bedroom as our changing room. Two couples could stay here but it would be cozy and you better like one another. This is currently run by a real estate company and so after booking I was contacted to sign/initial a long contract. There was nothing odd in the contents of the contract, just there policy to have everyone who rents fill one out (more designed for long term rentals). One minor hiccup during checkin was the key was not in the lock box, but we arrived right before the office closed (at 5:30 pm) and they were very responsive sorting that out. Location is a short walk to South Beach which is wonderful. There is 1 bike which was a hybrid in good shape and there was a bike pump on shelf in garage. Having the bike was nice and my partner does not ride but I think when there are two of you that would like to go on a ride having one might be worse then none! Its about 2 miles in to the beach shopping area and where most of the restraurants/shops are on island so most will want to drive to that. You can do that staying completely off major roads. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning works well and is not loud. Outdoor shower (we did not use but checked and it worked). Just off Causeway Blvd (road you come over from mainland on 17th street bridge = Lee Loy bridge) but it was very quite location. Overall great place and as advertised.

We love this little cottage and have booked again for next year. It is perfect for us to walk our pups in the neighborhood. The beach is only a block away. We often walked downtown as well.

I absolutely loved this quaint little old Florida beach house. It had everything we needed to live like we were in our own home. It was very clean and the location was great. I loved the outdoor shower! Definitely would rent again!

Perfect for us!

We had a lovely stay at the beach cottage. We especially enjoyed out short jaunt to the beach for sunrise walks. There is a great pizza shack within short walking distance. I had to work during the day therefore having the ability to hard wire to access the internet was extremely important. We struggled a bit with the TV--a little complicated and the directions in the book seemed insufficient. For check out, we could not open the lockbox but were able to lock the keys in the garage and communicate with the property manager. Looking forward to our next visit!
