Alon at the front desk is one of the best concierges I've encountered! He's exceptionally professional, pleasant and welcoming. I was also very impressed with Assaf in the restaurant. It's rare to experience decent service in Israel but the Brut has service at the same level of the 5 star hotels I've stayed at in Europe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο , καθαρό και πολύ κοντά στην παραλία . Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και μοντέρνα. Επίσης , το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει και ποδήλατα δωρεάν όπου μπορείς να τα παίρνεις και να κανεις τις βόλτες σου!! Πολύ θετικό , μας φάνηκε πολύ χρήσιμο καθώς γυρίσαμε όλο το τελ αβιβ με αυτά ! Το πρωινό ήταν ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟ !!! Είχε τα πάντα και τρώγαμε σαν βασιλιάδες !! Το προσωπικό πολύ πρόθυμο και εξυπηρετικοί να σε βοηθήσουν

Alon has made our stay absolutely amazing!!! He was able to help us with any request, was kind and such a pleasure to work with. From upgrading my parents room so they feel comfortable to doing everything with a smile, this made our stay so much more fun. Plus, the breakfast and location are unbeatable. Great hotel in a very well located area, with views of the ocean. The rooms are not massive, but they are more than sufficient. The style and design of the hotel is first class - very contemporary but also elegant. The hotel also has very appealing bar & restaurant areas, and communal seating spots from which to enjoy the amazing views.

Прекрасный отель, у входа в этот отель я первый раз встретила своего парня😀 Так что до сих пор проезжая мимо вспоминаю нашу встречу и как символично это место. В плане сервиса, номеров вопросов не было, все было супер. Отличная локация рядом с морем и парком
