Brand new villa from 2013, high end decoration, fully air conditioned, infinity pool

Magnificent brand new luxury villa between the beautiful coves of Sariera and D'Aiguafreda in the protected natural park, end of construction spring 2013, comprising 5 bedrooms in the first line of the sea front at the edge of a natural park of pines. Built with great style on 3 levels, it gives a feeling of space and tranquility while keeping a warm character.

We wanted to give it high standing values with quality materials and equipment. It has a maximum of windows in all the rooms to be able to enjoy all the brightness of the Catalan sun and the magnificent view of the sea and the natural park.

It has a surface area of approximately 470m2 distributed over 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with lounge/dining room/kitchen, an infinity pool and numerous terraces and a garden. The communication between the different floors is done by staircase or private elevator.

Upon entering the villa, you will initially come across an airy, spacious and cool patio that leads you down the stairs to the first level of the villa. The entrance gives you a bird's eye view of the living room and a breathtaking sea view. You have access to a first terrace which can be used as a solarium. This entrance also presents many cupboards at your disposal. To the right, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (1,6mX2m) spacious with multiple storage and its own bathroom composed of a bathtub, a toilet, a bidet and a double sink. Large windows give access to a private terrace with a large view of the sea and the pool. To the left of the entrance, we find a second room, spacious with a double bed (1,6mX2m) and many arrangements as well as its private bathroom including a basin, a bathtub as well as a WC. A large window also allows you to have a magnificent view of the sea.

Going down the stairs, you will reach a large living room furnished with modern art pieces. It consists of the living room, the dining room and an open kitchen. The living room has a privileged place giving an unobstructed view of the sea from wherever you are. A fireplace connects the living room and the dining room. The dining room has a large rectangular table that can accommodate up to 10-12 people for convivial meals. The modern kitchen is organized around a large work surface that opens directly onto the dining room, accompanied by high bar chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction system, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster etc... This living room opens directly through large windows onto a terrace, giving a view of the sea on one side and direct access to the garden and pool on the other side A table is also located on the terrace allowing to have lunch outside.

An isolated toilet is located on this level.

You can access the last level by going down the stairs (or by the elevator), consisting of a storage room, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, shelves and drying rack to store all the linen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room are distributed by a corridor. The first and second bedrooms are each composed of 2 single beds of 80cmX2m (which can be used as a double bed if needed) and many storage spaces. They depend each on a bathroom located opposite in the corridor with bathtub, double basin, WC and spacious shower. The last room located at the end of the corridor, very spacious, has a double bed, a large dressing room and a private bathroom with double sink, separate shower, WC and hydro massage bathtub. These 3 rooms give access through large windows to a lower garden and allow a magnificent view of the sea from its bed.

The whole villa is air-conditioned. All rooms and the living room have a flat screen LCD satellite TV. You can also enjoy WI-FI internet access throughout the villa. The speed is limited due to the location. The elevator serves all floors, from the patio to the top floor.


The infinity pool offers a breathtaking view of the natural park and the sea. However, young children are not recommended in this villa because of the absence of a security system around the pool. Deckchairs are at your disposal around the pool.

The villa has almost no vis-à-vis with the neighborhood creating a feeling of well-being and rest in this beautiful environment.

A closed garage can also accommodate 2 cars and gives direct access to the patio.

During your stay you can enjoy the charm of the surroundings and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava such as Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguablava and Aiguafreda. There is no direct access to the sea from the villa, but the nearest beach is the beautiful beach of Sa Riera, which is about 1 km away, or about 10-15 minutes on foot. It is also possible to get there by car or scooter. On the other hand, a hiking trail easily accessible from the villa (about 200m) will allow you to discover the beautiful seaside landscapes within the natural pine park.

All around the villa and through the different villages in the vicinity, you will be able to enjoy all kinds of nautical or terrestrial activities such as adventure parks, nautical centers, the magnificent golf of Pals, miniature golf courses, tennis, bicycle rentals, horseback riding centers, airplane rides, parachute jumps etc....

Sheets and towels are provided in the villa. Cleaning is done at the end of the stay. It is included in the price.
