You are all very welcome to come and stay in our lovely home - an extra large, airy 100sqm 2 bedroom luxury apartment with balcony and lovely large luxury bathroom near Octogon off Andrassy Avenue in a classic Hungarian apartment block built in 1892.

Fully restored luxury modern city living centrally located in District VI, off Andrassy Avenue - a world heritage site, near Octogon in central Budapest.

A real home from the real owners - Paul & Chris! We will always meet you personally on check in and are available to help and assist you at anytime before, during and after your stay. We do not use management companies, employees or co-hosts.

Quiet and stunning apartment in an ultra modern style set in a typical traditional 19th century Hungarian apartment building built in 1892.

1st floor (American convention 2nd floor). No elevator until next year but the stairs are wide and shallow.

Wonderful large relaxing and entertaining space with comfortable lounge area with Scandinavian Vauni bio-ethanol fireplace, Samsung Smart large screen TV with Apple TV, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video (all with your own subscriptions), Samsung BlurRay player plus a selection of films (Only my “man cave” films - sorry!).

We have for you a large comfortable sofa, some nice 1960's Danish chairs; and a cool integrated kitchen with full size oven, full 4 ring electric hob, island, fridge/freezer, dining table and breakfast bar. No dishwasher or microwave.


We also have French coffee press and stove top Espresso maker, plus organic coffee beans. We also supply some basics - milk, juice and some local beer and wine. There are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants close by, we send a long list when you book.

Modern art by Sebastian Wagner, Nikola Rusev and also Ivan Ninov - Bulgaria's most renowned graphic artist. Adult themed.

Lovely large, light and airy main bedroom with comfortable super king size bed (200cmx220cm), dressing table, 2 wardrobes, full length mirror and a nice little balcony terrace with table & chairs for a fresh air morning coffee, glass of wine or a smoke.

Also there is also a quiet second bedroom overlooking the courtyard at the other end of the apartment with a large (140cmx200cm) comfortable sofa bed. Please note we only make this bed up for bookings of 3 or 4 guests unless you request in advance.

Great luxury bathroom with extra-large double size bath with shower and twin washbasins. Complementary Yves Rocher toiletries, plenty of fresh luxury towels available for you.

Separate second toilet.

Gas central heating, Vauni real Bioethanol fire, soundproofing and modern double glazing throughout the apartment to keep you noise free, warm and cozy!

No aircon, but we do have large cooling fans for the hot weather.

We understand what makes a great stay so if you would like to check in or check out early or late to align with your flights or trains we are happy to arrange wherever possible, but please advise well in advance.


We do not charge any cleaning fees.

Free mid stay linen and towel change on bookings over 5 nights.

Local Tourist Tax is included in our price.
