Private pool 10X5 meters with roman steps at the end. Flat bottom 80 cm deep in front of the stairs, then gently down to a diving area (about 2m10).
A large courtyard (about 30m long) extension of the pool serves as outdoor dining room, ping pong shelter, clothes dryer ...
A barn is also partially available.
The whole is surrounded by a private space, woodland of oaks (called 'barnyard') in the Landes.
This house thus described is part of a larger property, a little less than 8 hectares, fully fenced, which includes two other buildings sets, one of which is occupied by the owner and the other is also proposed to Vacation rentals (capacity 14 people). Note: these 3 residences are far from each other they are not seen and hardly agree.
