Master bedroom has a queen bed & the guest bedroom has a full size bed. Complex has 2 laundry facilities, shuffleboard, park setting and more. Relax on nice front patio. Set back from road. Fully appointed and includes Green Valley Recreation Privileges (Tenant fees apply). Wireless internet and cable are included. Short term lease Owner pays utilities including wifi and expanded basic cable. A cleaning fee of $125 is charged. No pets thank you.

The host was great, very responsive to any issues. We had an issue making the tv work. That was our only issue. The amenities were the best! It had all we needed plus more! We enjoyed the neighborhood a lot.

A Place Called Home

This is a modest villa with a prime location in Green Valley. Within walking distance to shops, recreational activities, and even an ethnic meat market. All the necessities are available inside the unit, you need to bring only your "can't do without" favourites. In the event of any malfunction, the property manager addresses it promptly.

Good & Bad

The bed was comfortable, but furniture was uncomfortable, especially the table and chairs for eating were too high, especially for older folks. The gas stove, when used would set off the smoke detectors unless the stove overhead fan was on & front door was open. The place was ok, but needs some TLC.

Room for Two

Liked the modernistic decor. Fully equipped kitchen, with full sized frig and adequate stove. Slept soundly in the master bedroom with blackout drapes if needed. The spare made up bed was an added bonus if needed. And of course the desk came in handy. An over- sight was the hair dryer. Sometimes The White Elephant comes in handy. For us a most convenient location., friendly neighbours, parking with easy access. For those with a pet, the grassy area just a step away. Laundry facilities just a short walk from your back door.

Beautiful Rental, Nicely Decorated, Everything You Need

This is a clean, nicely furnished, well equipped rental. We spent over a month here and felt right at home. Everything you could want was in the rental, from the kitchen, to the living area, to the bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the black out curtains a saving grace in the early morning sun. The carpet in the bedrooms lush and comfy to walk on in our bare feet. It was too hot to spend any time on the patio, summer in Arizona is not the best time to visit. I'm sure the rest of the year is lovely. Since this rental is near the highway, we were concerned about road noise. We did not hear anything. It was very quiet. If you are on the patio, you do hear the highway noise. Since we were rarely on the patio, because of the heat, it didn't bother us one bit, we spent our time inside. I highly recommend this lovely Green Valley rental.

Love the villas…great community!!!

Unit is close to highway so has road noise. Unit abit dated…probably time to replace carpet in bedrooms. The lack of communication during check in left me panicking. I finally found the property managers number via the Villas office and her response was oh I forgot!!!

Great place

Great little place within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and recreation centers. Has all the amenities you need for a comfortable long or short term stay. Would rent again!

Disappointing an

The place was filthy and not nonsmoking as advertised. The mattress and mattress pad were badly stained. The rugs and recliner had spots and spills. I almost walked out but the location was perfect for my situation. The management did respond to my reporting of what seemed like nonstop issues. They threw away all the smoky dirty area rugs, bath mats, washed the curtains, fixed broken furniture and porch light, picked up cigarette butts all over the patio. Attempted to clean the shag rugs in the bedrooms but they are beyond reviving. The place is better now but my first week of vacation felt more like work. I purchased several things and sent them a receipt but they never offered to reimburse me for any of it. They obviously don’t keep up the property unless you complain. I would not want to rent from this management company again.

Our winter getaway!

The villa is very spacious, had a great patio, they provided plenty of extra bedding & towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay an extra 2 months. Laura was very helpful & we were even able to get in early! Only complaint I would have is the apt. could have been cleaner & furniture is very dated. But it definitely served its purpose.

Comfortable winter haven

Close to interstate. The property manager was responsive to replace the futon that was used as a couch. Good size bedrooms and bathroom. I enjoyed the swimming pool. Easy access to many local attractions, grocery stores. Weekly farmers market in the neighborhood. Good stay. Looking forward to coming back to the area.

Convenienty situated.

We enjoyed our stay at this Casita,we arrived in the dark and it was difficult to see the combination to get the key but a neighbor came to our help with a flash light.It is in a good central situation for shopping for food etc. Enjoyed the pool and the laundry was nearby....we will come back again if we are able......it's a long way from New Zealand.

Efficiency, convenient Villa

Stay at this villa was efficient and convenient. The property manager quickly addressed concerns and questions, was very helpful to coordinate any service requests with the on-site HOA.

Older Property with Convenient Location

This property is centrally located in Green Valley. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The furniture, however, is old and in need of updating. So, not particularly comfortable. There were no sheets on the beds when we arrived. There were plenty of linens to choose from in the closet. The Unit is on the end of the building so only one neighbor. Laundry room was close by and clean. One neighbor played very loud music late at night.
