The amenities are top notch with a beautiful swimming pool complex that includes pool, hot tub, cabanas, kiddie pool, fitness centre, poolside tavern etc.

The very spacious 2 bed/bath condo is 1200sqft! Recently renovated/painted/new stainless steel appliances! Sleeps 8. Tile Throughout! Gorgeous Kitchen! 55” Smart TVs. FREE WIFI/Cable/Netflix. A/C. Washer/Dryer.

This is hands down one of the nicest resorts near Disney and I’ve visited them all. From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort Orlando By Aston, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland.

Tuscana Resort Orlando by Aston is located in the recently developed Champions Gate Neighborhood of Davenport near the World-Famous Champions Gate Golf Course! Everything you need (restaurants, pubs, bank, gas, groceries, liquor, pharmacy etc.) is less than 5 minutes away! Tuscana Resort Orlando by Aston has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years!

This is a VERY spacious 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom condo at 1200sqft! It has recently been renovated, painted, decorated and new stainless steel appliances installed! It can sleep up to 8 people. It has a gorgeous kitchen, FREE WIFI/Cable/Netflix, Air Conditioning, Washer & Dryer, tile throughout, etc. This is a ground floor unit which makes it very easy for getting your luggage in and out.

- As indicated in our listing description, please note that Tuscana Resort Orlando is located close to Interstate 4 which is a highway. We also find our proximity to the I4 is also a huge plus (in our opinion) as you can hop on it very quickly and get to all the major attractions quite easily. Nonetheless, there has been a couple of guests over the years who have mentioned the noise during their feedback. I think that some people are more sensitive than others as we have never had a problem with it and it appears that most do not according to our many 5 star reviews. However, we just want to note it here again so that you can plan ahead for your stay. If you are ultra sensitive to noise, than you might want consider bringing some sort of noise reducer or book another property. We do have fans in each of the bedrooms if you want to use that for "white noise". You agree and understand this.
