Family girls trip

Sisters, daughters, neices, and granddaughters getting together from 3 states for a long weekend exploring Atlanta. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each others company. Love the proximity to the airport and not too far from Atlanta Zoo and Aquarium. With 4 little ones, that works perfectly.

Better than a hotel

The property was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We di wish the water pressure was better and the landscaping needed some upkeep. the property management was very easy to deal with. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great space for a large group.

This was a good property for us because we had a large group and we were staying for over a week. The kitchen was nice and spacious which was great for us because we cooked almost every night. The kids really liked the pool and having a room with 2 bunk beds so that they could hang out together. The bedrooms were a nice size so overall we had plenty of space. The location had easy access to the highway and was only a couple of miles from plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this home if you are visiting Atlanta!!

Couldnā€™t have asked for more!

Clean, spacious, modern, fully equipped, the most comfortable beds my family has ever slept in, comfy couches and a loaded TV for family movie nights, plus foosball and a hot tub. It was everything we needed and more. We instantly felt at home. The instructions were thorough and clear and everything went off without a hitch. We hope to travel to Atlanta again, and will definitely try to rebook. Thank you!!

Overall a very nice place to stay, with just a couple things to keep in mind for your visit..

Nice location not far from downtown and close to the airport. Pool was a little cool, but great for the kids to cool off in during the evenings. Enjoyed the grill, foosball table and hot tub. Lots of space for the family to enjoy time together inside and by the pool. Plenty of beds and space for all 12 of us during our stay. The beds were very soft so be prepared if you are a firm mattress lover. Only reason downside were the showers. Hard to get the them at a comfortable temp, either a bit warm or a bit cold and lacked much water pressure. There is a quiet policy from 11pm till 7am which wasnt a problem, although we did get notified one evening around 11:30 about noise level. We were not outside, just playing cards at the dining room table. Communication with the property managers was excellent and check-in and check-out was smooth.

It was alright not horrible but not great either

Overall the property is nice but if staff or the landlord would have made it a little bit more presentable it would have looked alot better as far as the huge and large amounts of spider webs and dust everywhere at the entrance of the property and on the patio area lights and lamps were busted and not working around the pool area and LANDSCAPING didn't look good it just made it hard to sit out and enjoy but we cleaned and dusted everything off and also the maintenance issues that occurred during our stay as far as the DISHWASHER, GARBAGE DISPOSAL, THE SINK UP STAIRS, THE ICE MAKER, after letting staff known and aware of these issues.... And we also had to buy ice...little things like that if had not occurred the experience would have been alot better...and on top of that never got accommodated for anything that me and my guest went through and on top of that I don't get my deposit back until 3 weeks after my departure so I have to wait...thats about it

Not recommended for bikers with trailers

The house was nice overall . But I wouldnā€™t recommend any bikers that has trailers . Canā€™t make it up the drive way nor you canā€™t park on the street . Also if you have loud pipes not a good house to use nor neighborhood .

Great but internet struggles

So the property is as it says and it accommodated our work team well. We had significant internet issues, and the communication and effort by the team was great! They had someone out there until 11pm one night trying to fix it. In the en it wasn't something they could fix and internet service provider would need to fix. It would work for a bit and then stop. It was a major frustration for our trip because it was a work trip, but again, they made amazing efforts to resolve and would have continued I'm sure, but we had meetings and work to get to and did not have the time to spend on our last day trying to trouble shoot again. I know they were working to resolve this issue, everything else was great!

I was very dissappointed in the property considering the cost. Overall, compared to the pictures, the house is very worn. You can tell it is a quick and not done so well flip. Cupboards seemed dirty, showers had old faucets that were very difficult to adjust- hot or cold only, no Kleenex, no conditioner as stated, just shampoo and body wash, bad pans- burned all my food to the bottom, bugs- lots of carpenter ants and even a roach, yes a cockroach!! Neighborhood was nice but just outside not so nice. Beds only had two pillows- there should be four. Couches sounded like they were breaking and the pillows were flat and over-used. Also, the rules seemed to be endless. Overall, very dissappointed!

Great place close to it all.

We stayed for seven days. The communication with the manager was good. House was in good condition upon arrival. Very comfortable mattresses and crisp clean sheets. The house sits on a quiet road but is close to many stores and markets. Also close to the interstate which made traveling very easy. Highly recommended.

4th of July Stay

Property was modernized. Upon arrival pool was green and need a proper cleaning. During our stay noticed daily insects inside the facility millipedes, cockroaches, and gnats. Would not suggest walking on grassy area without shoes due to some debris in the grass.

Great stay!

Very much enjoyed our stay here! The house is spacious and the backyard is incredible! The house is exactly as pictured. The only complaint I have is that the house is not well stocked. No ice in the freezer, no ketchup and mustard in the fridge. We had to buy extra toilet paper and dishwasher detergent immediately. Besides that, everything was great! Communication with the hosts was quick and they have a very thorough check in and out process.
