Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Enjoy all this home has to offer with its own private pool, beautiful screen porches, and breathtaking viewing tower. Once inside and having a beautiful neutral palette, this home also features unique architecture and beautifully simple furnishings. The living area offers plenty of seating focused on the fireplace and wall-mounted flat-screen television. It beautifully flows into the gorgeous dining area that features a natural wood table with seating for 8 accented by the chandelier hanging above. Each bedroom in this home offers guests their own TV/DVD players as well. The Carriage House located just above the garage provides a peaceful retreat. This studio-style efficiency offers plenty of amenities. The bedroom/living area is complete with a relaxing sitting area with TV/DVD and a king-size bed situated under the gorgeous beamed ceilings. A small kitchen area features a small refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and toaster oven. A private bath is available in this retreat and boasts a gorgeous single vanity as well as a shower/tub combo.
