house was spacious and a great fit for our group of 14! we loved the location and the back patio! it is definitely a tad worn and could use some updating of the kitchen supplies! overall we loved our stay!

Lovely

The home, location, set up, and design were all perfection. This was the perfect place to stay. We loved it and highly recommend!

Would definitely stay again!

Two family vacation with all our kids. House was great and is a lot bigger than the pictures reveal. Only wish was there wasn't a broom.

4th of July 2019 Stay

Really enjoyed the home and all things Watercolor/ Seaside has to offer. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and didn’t feel crowded. I look forward to our next visit.

November 2021 Stay

Perfect house for our multigenerational family! It’s well stocked and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!!! Felt the house needed a good cleaning but otherwise it was perfect!

Fall at Watercolor

We had a blast at this beautiful home. We ended up staying at the house more than the beach.

July 2019 Stay

We absolutely loved the house and it’s definitely on our list for a repeat visit.....perhaps over Thanksgiving! This house is giving me ideas for the house I’d love to purchase down there long term! Only suggestion is that for such a nicely appointed kitchen in terms of appliances, there are many things missing in the kitchen - no food processor? Utensils - no basting brush? No Tupperware/storage for left-overs? On the bikes, the rubber handles pop off easily, which caused a couple of near wrecks. All minor stuff, though!

July 2019 Stay

We have been coming to Watercolor for 12 years and this was our first time to stay in this house. The house has everything to offer and is well appointed. I would recommend this house as you will not be disappointed. The pictures of the living room and TV look small but upon arrival we couldn't believe how big the living room was. The TV is not as small as the pictures appear. This house has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay.

Scrub House Stay in September 2018

Great place and our team really enjoyed our stay. Need a bit of work on the internet connections and a few things working... but generally speaking, it was a very nice stay.

June 2018 Stay

We had a wonderful time at 137 Scub Oak! Our whole family enjoyed this beautiful home, lovely outdoor area and pool! We were kept indoors more than usual with some rainy days but still managed to play several rounds of golf. We also booked several extra adventures such as sand castle lessons and an evening beach bonfire which added to overall experience. We can't wait to return to watercolor, truly our whole family's happy place :)
