The residence features one bedroom and can comfortably accommodate two adults with the option of a sofa-bed suitable for two children. This sofa can be used as a single day bed with an additional pull-out single trundle below.
The master bedroom offers private garden views with large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy the view from the comfort of your king-sized bed. This room is outfitted with a full ensuite bathroom, complete with shower as well as a private terrace.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
This residence is equipped with a full modern kitchen, offering a built in stove top, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen, dining area and common living area share an open-concept which not only allows you to enjoy the view while cooking, but also enjoy the company of guests. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
