This recently updated 10th Floor condo with great balcony views of the Atlantic Ocean is the perfect place for your unforgettable Myrtle Beach Holiday Vacation. The Grande Shores Resort is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and a new Publix grocery store. Adjacent to the coveted "Golden Mile" neighborhood, this area is often regarded as the least crowded section on the beach. Centrally located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, Grande Shores is a 15 minute or less drive to all the wonderful attractions found on the Grand Strand.

Unit features include:

- Full kitchen with new stainless refrigerator, stove, and microwave along with sink, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans

We had a wonderful stay great location we loved avoiding the busy part of Myrtle Beach and being so close to so many things within walking distance, and the main attractions Broadway at the beach and barefoot Landing were so close

We had a great time! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Convenient location with a beach that wasn’t overly crowded. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great with very easy access to the beach. We are already talking about returning next year!

Great Stay!

Condo was as pictured and described! No surprises. Condo had all the amenities you would require for your stay (cookware, dishes, towels, etc) Amenities of the resort were fine (workout space, restaurant, indoor / outdoor pools, etc). Easy access to beach. Location of this property is not crowded, compared to being in the downtown area. Easy drive to downtown if you wanted to enjoy the Boardwalk. You can rent daily umbrella and chairs from Life Guard, but a bit expensive. This property has beach chairs and umbrella to be used, but may want to buy a heavier duty umbrella to handle the beach side winds. Again, We appreciated the condo being as described, no surprises!

You will not regret it

This place looks exactly like the pictures if not better. The location was perfect close to everything and just a 3 minute walk to the beach had a great view and was extremely clean and had everything you needed and more. The price was just right and I would def stay here again

Perfect getaway

This condo was perfect for our little getaway. (1 adult, 2 teenagers) The kitchen had just what we needed along with some Keurig coffee pods which were a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the living room area was clean. We could also enjoy the ocean view from our balcony. We would definitely come back! Thank you!

We had a great time and the owner had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable.

We loved the location and the resort. We walked the beach every day and had plenty of eating places within a half mile including at the resort. Grocery stores were only 3 blocks away and it only only took about 10 minutes to get to the boardwalk down town or the outlet mall in North Myrtle beach. We would definitely do it again. Our only problem was adjusting from a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo of 1200 square ft that we lived in for 2 months down to 1/ 1 of about 500 square ft. But we did it and enjoyed every minute. Thanks

Beautiful, Clean, and Wonderful Rental Experience

My wife and I also own a unit at Grande Shores. We came to the annual HOA meeting and needed a place to stay since our unit was rented for the winter months. I found Matthew’s condo and it was great! It’s clean, beautifully decorated and furnished with anything you can think of. Matthew was great to work with and we were happy to meet him in person. He obviously takes pride in this unit and it shows! We won’t hesitate to recommend this condo, and we’re likely to rent it again ourselves.

We had a great time and will definitely return. The condo was amazing and exactly as advertised. It was the perfect place to relax after a long, hot day on the beach. The views and breezes from the patio were amazing. The resort itself is a little dated but it was clean.

Comfortable and close to the beach

My family and I had a great long weekend at the condo. The space was perfect for us all to comfortably spend our time in and outside the condo. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with everything we needed. The condo looked exactly like the photos. Matthew was great to work with, very organized. The kids loved all the pool options and being on the beach is nice and convenient. We parked on the first level and kept all our beach gear in the back of the car. Never had a problem with finding a parking space. We even walked to dinner one night and had a great meal on the patio at Liberty.

Cute, beachy condo...clean and convenient

We stayed for four nights and the condo was just what we needed. You can walk right out to the beach, plus the resort has several pools to use. The condo itself was just as pictured...super cute and it was clean. I would recommend it for sure.

Our overall impression of the property was impressive. It looked exactly like the pictures online!

We all enjoyed our stay here very much and were pleasantly pleased! Lots of times photos online of hotels are very deceiving and look nothing like the real thing, however this cute condo looked exactly like the pics. Very clean and tidy as well as beautifully decorated and comfortable. I don’t have one bad thing to say about it! I usually prefer oceanfront views but none of us even cared because the cuteness and neatness more than made up for it. It’s a side view but we still had plenty of beautiful ocean view and could even hear the waves crashing. We also were supplied with items such as dishes, coffee maker, toaster, books, dvd’s, 2 very nice beach chairs, sun umbrella, sun tan lotion, aloe vera, extra pillows, sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, and more! We loved the rooftop pools and hot tubs! I give this 5 stars and would definitely stay here again. I did not want to leave!!

Perfect place at the beach!

Matthew's condo was very clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and had everything we needed. Because the condo's on the 10th floor it had amazing view from a balcony which faces the residential area, so no buildings to block your ocean's view. A few pools are available the outside pool has a few hot tubs. The beach was excellent, not crowdy at all since there is a big residential area and the next hotel was pretty far from us so that most time we spent there. Matthew's condo including the beach chairs (not cheap ones), umbrella and a beach ball for the kids. There were also baskets of books, DVDs, and games. No issues to get in touch with Matthew, he was great to work with and very responsive to messages. We totally loved the place and for sure it's on our list for the next year.
