Surrounded by mature oaks and impressive granite outcroppings, the home offers a peaceful Sierra setting approximately 30 minutes from Yosemite National Park’s South Entrance and just 10 minutes from Oakhurst’s restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and conveniences.


Spend your days discovering Yosemite, swimming or boating at Bass Lake, and exploring nearby trails. Then return home to soak in the private hot tub beneath star-filled skies, relax around two cozy fire pits, play indoor and outdoor games, or let the children and dogs enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard.

Designed for comfortable family getaways, the home accommodates 6 - 8 guests. It features three bedrooms plus a loft, two bathrooms, open-concept living spaces, 20-foot vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, Starlink internet, indoor and outdoor games, and plenty of space to reconnect.

• Garage is generally not accessible to guests; however, trash bins may be stored there seasonally
• Neighbors’ friendly Labradors enjoy greeting guests

Security & Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are three exterior security cameras:

• Patio gate entrance on north side of the property

• Patio gate entrance on south side of the property

There are no interior cameras.

Maximum occupancy applies at all times, not only overnight. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Day visitors, unregistered guests, parties, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please do not book this home if you intend to have a party or if you plan on inviting anyone who is not included in your reservation.

We know most guests will naturally treat the home and property with care and respect. We simply want to be clear that this home is not suitable for parties of any kind or for anyone intending to invite additional visitors during their stay. There are several other homes in the area that are set up to accommodate and host larger groups.

We have worked hard to create a comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained home and property for our guests to enjoy, and these rules help ensure we can continue providing that experience for everyone.
