Our villa is a privately owned gated property consisting of three designed, stone-built houses. A perfect location for family and group holidays it offers a private shared holiday experience with the option to close a door if required. With a luxurious interior and tasteful decor the villa has TV/Satellite TV & free WIFI throughout, a safe in each house for your important documents plus a First Aid Kit, Smoke Detector Alarm and Fire Extinguisher. Each house is fitted with shuttered windows, air conditioning, orthopaedic mattresses, 100% cotton bed linen, soft bathroom towels and extra pool towels for each guest. There is plenty of space for parking, a large garden, a playground and seating area next to the swimming pool (with children's area) and a BBQ. We pride ourselves on your holiday being everything you expected it to be. We are happy to help arrange airport transfers and can help with car & bike hire too. The supermarket 'Coop Varagoulis' in the village Agios Mattheos offers home delivery and also a pick up service so you can shop yourself! We will assist with a smile whatever your needs... please just let us know.

Large Garden & Swimming Pool: a large and beautifully green garden that boasts a swimming pool 12 x 8 x 1.7m deep (with children's area) adorned with cushions, sun loungers, umbrellas. Our pool is private and for your use only, it is not shared and it is not open for public use. Also a playground & seating area and BBQ area.
Parking: ample space for secure parking on the property.
House Helios Sleeps 5 (4 adults & 1 Child) & House Thalassa Sleeps 4
Helios is a two storey semi-detached 80m² house, Thalassa is a two storey 75m² house. They sleep 4-5 people with comfortable air conditioned bedrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed downstairs for 1 child aged up to 14 years in Helios. Helios is the house on the left in the Villa Liostasi photo, Thalassa on the right. Both houses comprise the following:
Kitchen & Dining Room: a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, large fridge freezer, apron, steam iron, a dining table that seats six and a comfortable sofa bed for 1 guest. A highchair for children and crib are available on request. Air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI.
Bathroom: with toilet, shower cabin, wash basin, hair dryer & hair straighteners.
Helios Double Bedroom: The first bedroom, with double bed, lies at the front of the house. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.
Helios Twin Bedroom: 2 single beds with en-suite WC. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.
Thalassa Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds it offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.
Thalassa Double Bedroom: with a double bed and en-suite WC it offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.
The top floor bedrooms in both houses have a second larger veranda with a spectacular mountain view at the back & overlooking the pool at the front and a table for 6 people.
House Gaia sleeps 2
Gaia is a single storey 40m² house. It can sleep 2 people in a comfortable air conditioned bedroom. Gaia is the house in the centre of the Villa Liostasi photo.
