The bright living space flows easily into the dining and kitchen areas, creating a comfortable gathering spot for meals, conversation, and quiet evenings.

The home includes two spacious bedrooms, along with a den that features a sleeper sofa and TV, providing additional sleeping space and a great spot for movie nights or a quiet place to relax.

Located on a quiet road within this peaceful beachside neighborhood, The Fine Recline offers a calm and private atmosphere just moments from the ocean. Out back, a sunny deck provides a sheltered spot to enjoy the fresh coastal air—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon book, or relaxing out of the wind after a day on the sand.

Single level home. Garage is available. Open living, dining area and kitchen. Back deck accessed off of kitchen. Den with TV and double hide-a-bed. Master bedroom with queen bed and full bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Full hall bath.

A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
