Steps to the Sand in beautiful Pacific City. This house offers the perfect family beach getaway situated in the beachside resort community of Shorepines. Experience the laid-back luxury of coastal living in this 3BR/2.5BA pet-friendly home located just minutes from the shore. This beautiful two-story home features a relaxing outdoor space complete with hot tub, deck, dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, and propane grill.

Location is everything!
A prime location in the Shorepine Village community with guest amenities that include a boardwalk with beach access, paved trails, and a clubhouse equipped with a fitness center, BBQ pit and billiard table. Just a two minute walk to the sand and five-minute walk to Pelican Brewery, dunes and tide pools, coffee shop, and the local market. We provide 5 bikes, boogies boards, sand toys, chairs, sand boards, and a beach umbrella.

Living Room
The house features comfortable sofas in the living room to visit, play games, read a book from the large collection, or watch shows on the 42” TV with cable and unlimited supply of DVDs.

KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steal appliances and ample counter space to create meals. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for four. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining room table set for 8.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps 12 people and is approx 1,500 sq feet. Two full and one half-bath are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of bath amenities.

All bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and a deluxe full sofa bed, 42” TV with cable, and closet. The en-suite bath features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a closet. The third bedroom features a twin bed. The second bath includes a tub/shower combination. There is also a deluxe queen sofa bed in the living area (downstairs).

OUTDOOR AREA
Grab a cold beverage, fire up the grill, and discover ultimate relaxation. The back door opens to a rear patio overlooking trees and wildlife. The patio is complete with a dining table and chairs, and lounge area featuring 5 adarondack chairs, hot tub, outside water rinse off area and a grill. Enjoy private access to a paved bike/walking path that leads to dunes/beach, community room, and town and more.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Bikes (5) and beach gear including boogie boards, sand boards, toys, chairs, umbrellas, kites. All located in the garage.

Shorepine Village amenities include a clubhouse featuring an entertainment area, billiard table, grill, and picnic tables. A shared pool is located at the Cape Kiwanda Market about a half mile down the road.

This property is dog-friendly. Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and two spaces in the driveway. Washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi provided.

LOCATION
Nestucca Ridge and Shorepine Village have adjoining paved trails, making the walk or bike ride from the river to Pacific Ocean a breeze. Access the trails directly from the back patio -- leading to the boardwalk and private beach access.

Explore the Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge on kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. Try coastal hang gliding at the Oregon Hang Gliding School or grab a wetsuit and surf at Cape Kiwanda’s southern end. Cape Kiwanda also offers some of the area’s best ‘sand boarding’. Hike the sand dunes for an epic view then boogie board down the sandy colossus.

Grab a morning coffee at Stimulus Cafe and breakfast treats at Grateful Bread. Sample local craft beer at Pelican Brewery and specialty pies at Doryland Pizza.
