The property is nestled on a hill surrounded by views of mountains in a private gated community centrally located near supermarkets (Ralphs, Econo and Walmart), Walgreens, restaurants, Palmas Del Mar Resort and minutes away from two main freeways to take you (35 mins) to El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo beaches, Las Coabras and a short ferry ride to the pristine beaches of Culebra and Vieques Islands or (45 mins) to the nightlife of San Juan. The bright and airy beautifully decorated tropical themed suite has a private porched entrance and is comfortably appointed with a queen size bed, WiFi, cable tv, air conditioner, microwave, refrigerator, iron and on suite bathroom. At night fall asleep serenaded by the singing of the coqui ( tiny native tree frog) and in the morning wake up with the sounds of the friendly neighborhood roosters and the Caribbean sunshine. Access to kitchen and laundry can be pre- arranged + a parking space is available. Equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. My wife and I live on the property and are ready to help you with your needs for a comfortable stay.
