Stretch out in the cozy master bedroom on the King size bed with a 32" ROKU tv, and private ensuite bathroom..
The second bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with plenty of natural light.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils needed to make your delicious home made meals when you want to stay in and just put your feet up and relax!

Pets are welcome with Non-Refundable $250 PET fee per pet, with a limit of two pets, up to 35#. *IF You bring pets, please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after them.
*Please please please be respectful and do NOT let your pets on the beds and furniture, OR we will be forced to no longer allow pets as people are letting them on furniture and beds, very disrespectful.

Cleaning is provided before and after each stay . Cleaning is not provided during the stay. If cleaning is required or requested, the charge will be passed onto the guest.

Upon booking property, you are agreeing to these terms:

For the property at 405 Kelly St, Panama City Beach, Florida.

Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.

Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc.

No refunds will be given for occurrences beyond the owner’s control.

*Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests."

*Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental. We are not responsible for items left behind.

Upon payment for stay at above property, vacationers agree that they have read and understood this agreement. The vacationer accepts all terms, condition, and restrictions without exception.
