Lovely "Studio style" 1 bedroom available to no more than one occupant age 30 and above. This cottage is very comfortable and quaint. Interior decorated in blue and white with lovely hardwood floors. Located in the coveted neighborhood of North Laguna Beach, this is an "original" Laguna Beach cottage built in the 1930's. Queen size bed, furnished kitchen, WiFi, smart TV, shower and off street parking. Garden patio with seating. Approx. 2 blocks to village and 2.5 blocks to beach. Walk to galleries, restaurants and summer festivals. Located on a two lane one way residential street with an alley in back of property. No pets and no on-site laundry. Use of the rental is limited to vacation only. Owner lives up the street. Note: The original windows are double hung, use dowels to open. Three steps up to front door/porch. Maximum stay is 28 nights. 3 night minimum stay.

Laguna beach hideaway

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the beach cottage. It was cozy, comfortable and the owner was great. The location was walkable to the town of Laguna for food, shopping, the beaches and nightlife. Overall a super fun place.

Great spot

This is a quaint little cottage with old-school Laguna charm. The location is perfect, a short walk to downtown and the beach. The hosts, Wendy and Joe, were super kind, going out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. Overall, no complaints and I'd definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Spot

This is the coziest cottage for a getaway to Laguna Beach. Centrally located and walk to all the main attractions. Wendy is the best owner Iā€™ve experienced with many rentals and so informative about the local happenings with art, music and fun. Awesome little house!

This little house is awesome! Itā€™s a quiet little oasis in a great neighborhood. Surprising quiet considering how super close it is to everythingā€” a couple minutes walk to groceries, coffee, restaurants, the beach with its amazing views, and a nice hike up into the hills behind town. Great Location - Wendy is the best

I was on a solo trip to refresh. Laguna is my favorite spot. I parked and only drove once to find warm cloths. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The cottage is adorable, and it was super clean and comfortable, it had everything I needed.

Idyllic classic Laguna experience

The kindest hostess. The short walk to the shore, Laguna Art Museum and downtown. The private patio. The cute kitchen! This is my happiest place and favorite VRBO stay (Iā€™m a return visitor.) Count yourself lucky if you get to stay here. This attached cottage affords a quiet neighborhood experience with fast access to downtown. You will love all the flowers and the wonderful hostess, Wendy. Canā€™t wait to return.

Bungalow close to all I needed, peaceful

Small, bright space; right on the corner. The bungalow is close to town, hiking and the beach. It has all the essentials in just enough space for one. I feel very safe in this neighborhood. The host lives near by. Wendy is so accommodating and easy to communicate with. This is my second stay and Iā€™m sure there will be a third. It is not fancy but cozy. Exactly what I love about the bungalow!

Homelike Bungalow with benefits

Wendy, the best host was there to meet me when I arrived. She showed me around a perfect little space, but space enough for all I needed and wanted. She gave me directions to everything close by and introduced me to Laguna Beach. I felt like a local. I could walk everywhere and I felt safe in the bungalow and the area. The Ocean and Heisler Park are several blocks away. That is quite a perk. Whole Foods is very convenient too. Wendy really loves to show off her town and makes sure you know what is going on. Music is a passion of hers, so she sent me a schedule of events while I was there. The bungalow felt like home, bright with many windows which could be open or closed for privacy. There were flowers around outside which added color to the adorable bungalow. There is also a patio outside to have coffee or read a book. I liked the history of the 1928 home. I would definitely return. It was hard to leave. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
