Hello Nan. Thank you for your review. We welcome any constructive criticism that can help us make improvements. However, the home description did state that one sleeping area is a loft.

This guest has posted false information in retaliation for having to be removed from the property for breaking house rules which clearly indicate no parties are allowed. The night of his stay I received several notifications o my ring doorbell of significant entries to the home. When I checked my camera there were several party goers entering the home with bottles of alcohol. I then contacted the guest to inquire about what I had seen and he denied that there was a party taking place. I then contacted VRBO to inform them of the situation ad they instructed me to call the police. By the time the police and I arrived there were approximately 30-40 people standing outside on there way into the house until they were informed that there was to be no party. As they police and I stood outside the property, vehicles full of party goers continued to arrive. Once I entered the home the guest had removed all of my furniture from the family room, kitchen and dining room. My sofas were stacked on top of each other inside my office area. There was a DJ set up in the loft area. This guest does not deserve a refund after what he put me through. I was contacted the next day by the police because they stated that another party took place in the neighborhood in which they felt stemmed from the party at my property. This is very possible because we heard discussions from party goers about a new location. I was also informed that the new location consisted of approximately 150 people and that a serious incident had occurred. Please do not allow this guest to rent from you. You will regret it!
