Crescent Siesta Key

Enjoy luxury living at this 5th floor penthouse. Designer-furnished for the discriminating traveler - and located on Crescent Beach, the ideal vacation spot. This unit is a 1600-square-foot fifth floor penthouse with 11-foot ceilings, granite countertops, Poggenpohl cabinets, free-standing bar, free wireless internet, and contemporary art and furnishings. Enjoy a partial view of the beach - as well as an expansive top-floor view of Siesta Key.

One of the newest properties on the key, Crescent Siesta Key is an intimate 26-unit property. It is located on the south end of Crescent Beach, world-renown for it's beautiful, soft, white-quartz sand. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets and long days on the beach. Upholstered loungers and beach chairs are available for guests to enjoy this unique vacation setting.

A fully-equipped, air-conditioned fitness room is on-site for your use. The property features two pools. Our Beach Pool includes a relaxing spa, plenty of loungers and shaded seating. A more laid-back setting is offered at our second-floor Terrace Pool. You will have reserved parking for two vehicles - and your spaces are under the building - so no problem with an occasional rain shower. Security codes are required to enter the property and to gain access to the entry lobby and the unit itself.

You are just across the street from bars & restaurants, a food market, shopping, bike/jet-ski/kayak/boat rentals and a fully equipped marina. Just over the bridge and within a five-minute drive, there are also numerous shopping malls and restaurants - as well as a Publix grocery store.

Great location

It was very nice but it definitely needs a good cleaning especially the kitchen and an exterminator needs to definitely spray in the kitchen.

Paradise

Paul's condo is perfect. Great property, very short-covered walk to the pool and beach (30 seconds max), partial view of the gulf, great gulf breeze, and everything needed for a worry free getaway. Location is wonderful - easy access to everything Siesta Key. Have been going to SK for 20 plus years, and this complex, and unit in particular is absolutely the best we've encountered.

Second Time Visit

This is our second time returning to Crescent! We have been coming to Siesta Key for over ten years and the condo here is top notch. It is perfectly located right by the beach, shops, and restaurants. Working with Paul was easy and we look forward to returning in the future.

Stunning Penthouse Unit and a great owner

My wife and I spent our 15 year wedding anniversary in Siesta Key. We've been staying at various places on the key for the past 30 years, and this unit was, by far, the cleanest, most modern and luxurious. Paul, the owner, might be the most polite, easy going and down to earth person on the strip. He is quick to respond and genuinely concerned that you enjoy the unit. We stayed a week and never wanted to leave. This is the closest you can get to a 5 star hotel on the white sands of Siesta Key. We were fortunate to have 7 days of 86 degrees and sun and excursions planned each day. Having this unit to come back to make the trip complete. This is luxurious penthouse condo, professionally decorated and backed by an owner that truly cares about your stay. Paul - great job, we'll be back.

The Taj Mahal of Cresant Beach

We absolutely loved everything about this rental. I must start off by saying the owner, Paul, was an excellent communicator. He guided me through the entire process. The property is all about convenience -ideal location for walking, trolley rides into town or a launch pad for day trips. You can walk to dinner - fabulous options within a 10 minute radius. We loved Spearfish Grill and Clayton's. The condo is spacious and offers the comforts of home- especially in the main living area. We are a family of five and trying to please 17 year old triplets is a challenge. The condo delivered! As for sleeping arrangements; my husband and I took the queen bed and the teens took over the master. There is a blow up mattress in addition to the day bed for another sleeping option. Access to the beach was a big criteria for us. It doesn't get an easier...the beach is right out the front of the condo and accessible through a secured gate system. Chairs, loungers, and an umbrella are also provided for your convenience. The two pools offered a change of scenery and cushy comfort for afternoon pool side reading. There is a outdoor grill available at each pool if you are into grilling and al fresco dining! Do not miss the sunsets - they go on forever and always a colorful gathering of people and birds!! We utilized the small weight room everyday it's right on premise. Very clean and everything you need for a short stay. We loved everything about our experience staying here and will absolutely rent from Paul again. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home on one of the best beaches!

Shocked...NOT KID FRIENDLY!

Wow, I am literally shocked at the lack of professionalism and behavior of the owner Paul, (but really his wife). At the start, we're excited! Then went to use the bathroom...not even one square of toilet paper (or even a paper towel) to be found in the place...nor soap of any kind, so come prepared with all of that. We called Paul, and his wife dropped off exactly 1 roll per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. Then we went to get a drink. Water filter on fridge was busted. Ice machine...busted. Called Paul, he came the following day to fix it, but it was still broken. But Paul had just joined his wife in FL, so we didn't want to bother him again. We just bought 5 gallons of water and ice so we didn't have to disturb him. The trip went fine. The beach is a FL beach, so of course beautiful, but nonstop construction next door (we're talking a large, luxury condo building 4-5 stories). Listening to the sounds of the ocean, kiss that goodbye. Did Paul disclose the entire stay we would only hear nonstop jackhammering and drilling, with cranes lifting steal beams across the great ocean sky? Nope. Red tide peppered the beach with dead fish, which is not Paul's fault, but instead of digging sand castles, we dug up dead fish. But the real kicker, before we leave, we call Paul to ask what needs to be done before we exit. He left a paper stating "do laundry excluding 1-2 loads" (which his cleaning crew would do), so we washed EVERYTHING except for 2 sets of sheets. And put them back neatly where we found them...yes, towels, bathmats, you name it...except the sheets. We wiped tables and couch, left it tidy (but not spotless, as we were paying the steep cleaning fee, so didn't think we needed to wipe down every table and chair.) A week after we left, we saw they charged an EXTRA cleaning fee! We called to inquire, because we did everything exactly as stated on the checkout sheet (AND called Paul). We were told there were "mulitple loads of laundry". This is a LIE: there were two sets of sheets. We told Paul, and his wife got on the phone and told us we were full of bulls**t. What? Then she said she saw hand prints OUTSIDE on the balcony glass...well yes, because we only sunscreened our children outside on the balcony to minimize any sunscreen inside the house. YOUR WELCOME. Also a LIE: No "hand prints on cabinet fronts and all over the table." I wiped the tables. If you DON'T WANT KIDS, POST IT!

Paradise

Our recent trip to visit Siesta Key was truly a wonderful experience. The accommodations at Crescent Siesta Key were outstanding. Upon arrival, Paul, the owner, reached out via text to make sure our arrival and his unit was perfect. We especially enjoyed the pool, Gulf of Mexico, and the use of the trolley into The Village. We definitely can't wait to visit again.

Great Property and Location

The condo was everything we could have asked for! It was updated, had plenty of space and located on the beach. The pool was good size and we were walking distance to multiple restaurants. The in unit laundry was also very useful.

Great Location and Unit

Beautiful, Great Location and Clean

We have made several trips to Siesta Key, and not to take away from the other places we have stayed, but this condo was by far the best one yet. Beautifully decorated, great location within walking distances of anything you may need and condo and entire facility is super clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Great experience!

Siesta Key Paradise

Phenomenal place to stay. Location was perfect for us, condo was better than the photos, amenities were first class, fellow guests were friendly and personably. The owner, Paul, was exceptional - felt like I have known him for decades. If I texted him with a question or inquiry, he would often call me back within minutes with a clear and concise response. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at Paul’s condo.

Perfect location on the beach

Unit 506 is Big, bright and spacious. If your looking for a relaxing place to stay this is it. Pools and hot tub were great with only an occasional person from the building using it. Of course your steps away from powder like white sand s of siesta key. If you want dinner or drinks and live music well then you just need to cross the street. The owner is a wonderful man he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Cool place on Crescent Beach

Property is lovely -- updated and comfortable with cool touches. Our unit had not been cleaned when we checked it, but Paul got someone there immediately to clean. We finally got in around 7:30 that night. Spent time at the pool and beach while we waited. Paul allowed us to check out at noon to compensate, which was great. Property is great -- loved not having to use keys and used the fitness room several times. Thanks, Paul!
