This custom home features 3 Bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, 2 baths and a rec room with plenty of parking. You will enjoy your time on beautiful Flathead Lake with your family in this 2600 square foot home located on 100 feet of Flathead Lake frontage between Big Arm and Elmo.

On the main floor, there is an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining, fireplace and living room with large floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking Flathead Lake. The dining room has a table that seats 6 and there is a bar that seats 3 people. Large sliding doors take you outside to the deck where you will be able to BBQ, relax and enjoy the view and beautiful summer weather. The master bedroom, one bathroom and large laundry room complete the main floor. Up a staircase in your loft, you will find it nicely appointed with two sleeper chairs that make into twin beds plus a fold out couch. Downstairs there is another family room with seating, a fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player and room for little ones to play, and two bedrooms and a bath complete the lower level. There are sliding glass doors that walk out onto a second deck on the lower level.

The master bedroom contains a king bed and joins the bathroom on the main floor. The two bedrooms in the lower level are queen bedrooms, the loft includes a queen sleeper sofa, and two chairs that each make into twin beds.

Your family can play on the beach down at the water’s edge, make yummy S'mores in the fire pit located down by the water, enjoy sunbathing on the floating dock, and experience water activities on a paddleboat, kayaks and stand up paddleboards, which are included for your convenience. As long as the water is calm, you can tie up your boat to the floating dock, but if there are any waves, we ask you to tie your boat to the buoy out in the water.

The kitchen is fully appointed with a BBQ grill on the deck, beach towels, fresh towels and linens complement your stay.

We are situated on a lovely lane that connects to Big Arm State park, which you can walk down each morning before you start your day of fun water and sun activities. Polson is a short 15 mile drive from our house, where you can find shopping, a movie theater and many activities throughout the summer. Big Fork is 39 miles away where you can enjoy a play at the renowned Big Fork Summer Playhouse and many fine restaurants. Kalispell International airport is approximately 46 miles away and the train station in Whitefish is 53 miles away. Glacier Park is only a 72 mile drive, which can easily be made into a day trip during your stay if you choose to visit one the prettiest national parks in the United States.
