Clean Comfortable Condo that is Steps to the Beach, Affordable w/Free Parking

Our second-floor unit is spacious with vaulted ceilings and an air-condition unit in the living area. The condo is a one bedroom that is equipped with all you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a tropical setting. We have free Wi-Fi , 2 wall hung LCD TV's, a 60" LCD smart wi-fi tv & Blu-ray player in the living room & a 42" LCD TV in the bedroom. Sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people with a queen size bed, dressers, and a walk-in closet in the bedroom and the living room has a convertible queen-size sofa bed. The unit also features a full-size kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner stove, full size fridge & microwave. The spacious private lanai has a garden view and a table that seats 4. We provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sandcastle building toys for the kids, 2 beach towels & 1 cooler. Our condo is located in North Kihei across the street from Kalepolepo Beach park and the whale foundation center. The beach has calm shallow waters and is perfect for watching the sun set over the neighboring islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini and Lanai. Sugar beach is about 1000' feet away and is the longest stretch of beach on Maui, perfect for long walks or nice jogs, fishing or sunbathing.

The property also features a large quiet swimming pool, hot tub, and gas barbecues.
The quiet pool with a covered seating area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tropical island breezes after a full day of sightseeing or shopping. Shops and restaurants are close by and you will not run out of things to do with all the activity options Maui offers.

Our condo is professionally cleaned before and after each visitor. Check in and check out is done with no person-to-person contact. Our cleaners follow hotel industry standards.

Couch very uncomfortable. No ability to stream tv. Bedroom had flat screen but only dvd hookup. Bathtub plug did not work. Bed okay. Needs a little updating

It was a great place to stay in Maui. It was away from the busy area in Kihea and across the street from a small beach. Only issue was finding the unit in the evening because of the lighting. We were able to see the sunrise from the bedroom window then walk across to see the sunset!

The place is conveniently located. Beach access was okay- there was construction going on so that made it less convenient. The place was a little dirty. The pull out bed had sheets in it that were dirty/unwashed. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. My kids need some chill time and the television set up was not good- there were many channels and the technology seemed outdated so we couldn't stream from our devices. The place would have been fine if it were just me traveling but for my family it was a little uncomfortable. Also my kids who are pretty well behaved spent time in the pool and it was often full with other folks. Unsure if they are residents or other travelers but many of them seemed highly annoyed with my kids who were not that annoying. The place had a lot of great snorkeling and boogie board gear to use. We appreciated that. I would not book again only because my kids were uncomfortable in the pull out bed, the TV set up didn't work, and it just had some grumpy adults around the pool. It's a cute place and has potential.

The property is conveniently located with one block to the beach and marine research center. We had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom doesn't have an A/C so we kept the door open to let living room AC provide some cool air.

It was amazing!!

It was amazing! Located in a really great area with so much to do right there. Only one AC unit in the condo so it was pretty toasty but it was tolerable. Would definitely stay here again

Kihei Bay Vista Stay

The property was more than I had hoped for. The location is right across from a park with beach access and the National Humpback Whale Institute. The condo was well maintained and clean. Extras included dish washing liquid, a washer and dryer with detergent pods, and some beach gear (beach towels, snorkels, flippers, beach chairs and a small cooler). There was plenty of parking close to my unit. The swimming pool and hot tub were convenient, and I enjoyed talking with other guests.I definitely would book another stay here.

Pleasant Stay with Family for Spring Break

We enjoyed the condo. We stayed with 2 tweens. We used the pool and hot tub daily. The accommodations were nice. Parking was great to have close and was free. We were very close to the beach. We cooked a lot of meals in the condo and used the washer and dryer as well. Good spot to stay for the week and take in all the the island had to offer. We would stay again.

Clean but customer consideration and check in was lacking

We came to Maui to celebrate a family event and would only be in town for a day and a half. We contacted the Management company to request an early check in due to the fact that our flight arrived in Maui at 1 pm and our event was scheduled for 5:00 pm the same day. We were hoping to get into the apartment earlier than 4 pm so that we could shower and get freshened up before the event. We contacted the property manager twice. Management made no effort to accommodate our request. When we arrived at the unit, we became aware that the unit did not have an elevator. Being older ladies, this made it difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs to the unit. Not having an elevator in the building was not listed in the description. Had we known there was not an elevator, we never would have rented this unit. When we entered the unit at 4pm on the dot, the temperature in the unit was around 100 degrees. There was no air turned on to the unit prior to our arrival. (It was clear that no one had been in the apartment prior to our arrival and that an early check in would have been possible) It took nearly a half a day for the apartment to get to a half way comfortable temperature. The bedroom never really made it to a comfortable temperature and never would have without the fan blowing directly on you when you were trying to sleep. We would not use this condo again.

Quiet, safe, great location!

The property and unit was clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the condo met or exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again. Easy checkin process and parking was plentiful. Great for couples and small families.

Perfect location with everything you may need

Highlight: walking distance from the beach! So close that you could nearly see the beach & ocean from there the balcony. The area had very warm weather while we were there (mid-high 80s during the day), so keeping the windows open overnight was super helpful. In-unit washer and dryer was a game changer.

Beautiful stay

The property was easy to find from the airport. It was clean and very nice. The beach gear was really nice to have during our stay and we used it daily. There are a lot of good places near by and many beaches within walking distance or a very short drive. The owner was very responsive when i had inquiries and check out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning

Everything was great except it was hot in the condo. The instructions are to turn off the AC when you go out. When you return to the unit it is hot and takes ages to get comfortable with the AC running, 2 ceiling fans and 1 floor standing fan I recommend better blinds in the bedroom to cut back on the radiating heat. As I said everything else was fabulous. Just cross the road to the beach to swim and see sea turtles or do some beach combing. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. Thank you

Tropical getaway

The property and location were great. We were close to almost everything and having the beach literally out the front door was fantastic. The only miss was not having a broom to sweep up and the dishwasher didn’t work. Overall a great place and a great location!!

Great location!

We were very impressed with the accommodations of this property including the beach gear for use and the cleanliness. Our only complaint is that the window air unit was in the living room and did not send any cool air to the bedroom. Because it didn't cool done below 70s during our stay, it made for warm nights and uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was perfect!

clean and affordable

The room was very nicely decorated in an hawaiian style interior. Very clean and updated.It comes with everything you need including washer and dryer. Bedroom could use a a/c unit it was a little on the warm side. but does have a/c in the front room. Nice place.

Our Maui Stay

It was a good experience. The free parking was good but a little challenging with the small parking spaces. The condo unit was clean, spacious and everything as advertised. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. A little pricey with the insurance and other fees but a nice place to stay for our short visit to Maui.
