THE ESTABLISHMENT
The home has generous entertainment options, including a private outdoor pool, a protected patio area equipped with a fully functional gas BBQ as well as a wood/coal fireplace.

The property includes a spacious open plan Kitchen and Dining area, with white granite counter-tops and an AEG dishwasher fitted underneath the double prep bowls as well as a separate laundry room attached to the back of the kitchen, equipped with a Samsung washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge seats six people and has a gas operated fireplace underneath the Smart TV, as well as surround sound in the lounge, living room and outside – enabling individual entertainment in each area, with the option of playing them all simultaneously.

There are two Golf Carts on the premises equipped with rising kits, bigger wheels and stereo systems.

The house also has an automated garage which leads to the Kitchen.

Rental of the property entails the option between two boats which includes two day’s trips (4 hours p/day) for each five (5) days stay, with a qualified skipper.

The boat trips are a free gesture and are completely weather dependent.

In the event of bad weather, the rental cost will not be affected.
