The views from this property are absolutely stunning. It overlooks the lake, golf course, pool and Santa Rosa mountain range - all right from the patio, living room, dining room and master bedroom. Spacious 2-story condo with 3 bedrooms plus a den. Well-stocked, kitchen with granite countertops. Additional upgrades include decorator flooring, glass fireplace, and flat screen TV. Direct garage access to nicely finished garage with workbench area. Three spacious bedrooms plus a cozy den. Free internet. Patio has been extended and brick-finished so you can relax and enjoy the lake, golfers, scenery and sunsets.

There is a heated pool and jacuzzi just steps down from our outdoor patio with the same gorgeous views. They keep it super warm and clean, averaging 82 degrees.

If you are not familiar with Palm Valley Country Club, it is one of the finest private country clubs located in the desert. We are located close to Westfield Mall, Restaurant Row, El Paseo, The Living Desert, McCallum Theatre, and multiple golf courses.

This property does NOT include golf, gym or tennis access but does include access to the 100,000 square-foot Clubhouse which features an elegant formal dining room and cocktail lounge; an inviting members’ grill and bar; men’s and women’s locker rooms; full-service golf and tennis pro shop and spa services. Note: PVCC golf courses are part of American Golf Association & the National Golf Club. Reciprocal golf privileges may be allowed depending on the level of your membership. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby. There are approximately 100 golf courses in the Coachella Valley! If you have more questions about the possibility of golfing in Palm Valley, please contact the golf pro shop.

Palm Desert is in the heart of the Palm Springs area, and you can enjoy 'world class' weather, golf, shopping, dining, theatre, National Parks, gambling, and so much more!

Palm Desert Holiday

Enjoyed our holiday in Palm Springs area which included sites and activities in Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Cathedral City, and La Quinta. Host was exceptional as well as our accommodations. Very easy and well maintained.We look forward to our next visit to the area.

Great Vacation

This was a wonderful property, ideal for families needing pool access close to property. Debbie is among the best and most responsive owners we've experienced. We had a great time with our grandkids and their parents.

Relaxing Retreat

A lovely getaway in Palm Valley situated right on the golf course with spectacular views. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities. The host was readily available when needed and very helpful. We highly recommend this getaway!

Beautiful vistas

Beautiful place with gorgeous vistas of mountains, golf course ( private). Great host. Comfortable beds and well stocked. Be aware that there is a train nearby so close your windows at night if you are a light sleepers! Enjoyed our stay.

We loved the home it. It had plenty of room and it was well stocked and had everything we needed for a nice stay. I would highly recommend this property. Its in a beautiful gate guarded community with plenty of parking and wonderful view of the golf course!!

Family Getaway

My family and I enjoyed this stay! It’s the perfect home for families who are looking for a small getaway. The property was peaceful and close to the community pool and jacuzzi, which was great! Debbie is easy to communicate with and was very welcoming. Definitely would recommend this property! Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect location and beautiful views!

The location of this property was perfect! We loved the view from the patio of the sun setting behind the mountains, and watching all of the birds that visited the pond. The pool was so close and the house had everything we needed! Loved having a washer/dryer and garage to use. The directions left by the property manager were easy to follow and made our arrival extra easy! Would love to stay here again!

A great family getaway

My daughters had planned for a concert at Acrisure and we therefore decided to make it a family weekend. Debbie's condo was perfect for location, size and comfort. All the necessary amenities were available to relax as we planned. The proximity to a pool was especially nice. It was as if it was ours. Thanks for your hospitality.

Nice house, view and property

We really enjoyed this house, property, pool and hot tub. There were 4 adults and there was plenty of room. The house was very nice, and kitchen well stocked. The pool is super close to the condo. Deborah was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. We had a really great family trip here. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Rented this property for a guys golf trip. The condo was in an ideally central location to get to the golf courses we had chosen. The condo itself was clean, roomy, located steps away from a pool. We had to change our initial reservation by a day and Debbie worked with me to get that taken care of. We had a couple minor issues right after checking in but again, Debbie worked with us to get these straightened out. We used the kitchen and the outdoor grill to prepare meals. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils. Everyone in our group reported a comfortable bed. All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Palm Desert Vacation

Property was very convenient to all parts of town and was quiet this time of year. Pool in front of unit had been washed out by recent storm so we walk a few homes away to another. Pool was up and running by the time we left . Everything we needed was available at the unit.

We are an active family of 4. We own a residential real estate appraisal firm in Southern California. We have 2 adult children and love spending time with our family and vacationing when time allows. Any place in the sun is our favorite. :)

We wanted to pick a home that we could enjoy when we retire (someday....) but would serve our family well while the kids (and us) are still young and active. Having a beautiful view was very important to us so we were quite picky in finding the perfect place to buy...and we found it. Although we love many things about our home, the view is definitely one of our favorites. Coffee in the morning on the patio is the perfect way to start your day. And a glass of wine with the sunset is a great way to unwind in the evening.
